On the ground floor, the property features a large lounge equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player, and electric heater, as well as a separate living room with a flat screen cable TV and DVD player. The fully equipped open kitchen is large in size and connects directly to a dining area, with an exit leading out to the terrace. A separate WC is also located on this floor. The ground floor sleeping accommodations consist of 3 double bedrooms, each furnished with 1 double bed and a private shower and WC, as well as 1 additional room featuring 2 beds and its own shower and WC. On the upper floor, the layout continues with 1 room containing 2 beds and a shower and WC, 1 further room with 2 beds, 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed and a shower and WC, and 1 room fitted with 1 set of bunk beds. A full bathroom is also available on the upper floor. The property further benefits from a conservatory, a sitting area, terrace furniture, and a beautiful view of the sea.
