"This was a FABULOUS stop during our around the country tour of Ireland! I HIGHLY recommend using the deep tub and reading a book! I also recommend downloading and using What's App so you can contact the host. "We had a very comfortable stay while at this property. Conor was very responsive and able to help. We had a small snafu with the internet and he fixed it very quickly! Overall would recommend. "

"Lovely apartment. We had a really nice few days here. No allocated parking, but we never had a problem finding a space close by. Good to have a shop so close (literally under our feet.) Facilities were good; enough kitchen utensils, pans, etc. that we could cook meals with no problems. Nice bathroom and excellent lounge area. "The apartment was wonderful and clean. It was perfect for 2 people to come and go as they please and not disturb anyone else living on the property. The parking was a little more difficult with being a busy road as we found street parking to be the easier option. "

"Great stay. Started well with good communication during the week before then Saturday morning they allowed us to check in at 11 and had the property all ready for us. Very spacious, which was good for a group of lads on a trip, good location (30 minute walk to centre) or a £10 uber that took 10 minutes. Also modern and up to date. Would 100% recommended any other groups coming to Belfast to stay here and will do so myself in future visits."

"we spent 3 nights in the Matisse. We arrived in the night and could easily check in. It was all clean and the bed was really comfortable. Unfortunately, we couldn‘t connect to the wifi and I never got an answer to my message. We used the oven once which was working but made noices so it should be checked and fixed I guess We enjoyed our stay and can recommend the Matisse for a weekend getaway to Belfast"

"The apartment was nice and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the extra 1/2 bath was great for two people. A short 15 minute walk to the city center with easy access to public transportation. It’s also close to the city airport which was very convenient.Belfast is an interesting city and we would stay here again."

"This is the best place to those who wants to visit belfast. Walking distance to botanic garden, city centre, queens university, museum, there is nearby tesco and some groceries. They asking for securiy deposit of £ 250 but it was refundable. They also provide some cooking utensils so if you want to cook your food they have oven, electric kettle, fridge. The staff is kind and very approachable they guide you and they answer quickly in your queries."
