The home was gut-renovated in 2025 with a Nordic-minimalist aesthetic, warm woods, matte black accents, natural linen, and quiet rooms that feel like they were designed for a long weekend.

LIVING + KITCHEN
The open living room centers on a modern gas fireplace and an oversized sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, induction range, full-size fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso and drip coffee, a large island with seating, and a dedicated dining space.

BEDROOMS
Primary suite is a king bed and private en-suite bath. Second bedroom with a queen bed. Third bedroom with a king bed. Each bedroom has its own ceiling-mounted mini-split for individual heating and cooling, whoever runs hot or cold, everyone sleeps well.

BATHROOMS
The primary en-suite has a walk-in shower. The shared guest bath is spa-inspired: deep soaking tub with larger shower head, heated bidet, and custom rosewood and eucalyptus bath products from Lunaroma Apothecary and Ursa Major personal care items, both Vermont-made.

WORK + CONNECTIVITY
1 Gbps commercial grade Wi-Fi throughout, and strong signal in every space. Calls and video meetings are not a problem here.

OUTDOOR LOUNGE + FIRE PIT AREA
Step outside onto the deck with a Weber grill and a lounge area with a loveseat, two oversized lounge chairs, and a coffee table, perfect for morning coffee or evening gatherings. Further down into the yard there is a gravel space anchored by a Solo Stove (a wood-burning, smokeless fire pit) with modern Adirondack chairs to enjoy a fire. Or a stone outdoor dining table with seating for the whole party along with and a standing propane patio heater, so you can enjoy the outdoors well into a cool Vermont evening. You'll find various yard games like bocce ball, ladder golf, corn hole, and Kan jam to enjoy the spacious yard.

LAUNDRY + STORAGE
Full-size washer and dryer on site. Entry storage for boots, packs, and ski or hiking gear. Easy parking for 3–4 cars in the driveway.
