Hotel was beautiful & the room was perfect. Incredible view of mountains. Beautiful interior & the bathroom was outstanding. Very easy access to both Mansfield & Spruce Peak. Skiing conditions were fantastic & easy to navigate both mountains. Complimentary parking was in a garage which was great, but it was a bit of a walk to get to. Other issue was check-in. I knew there would be a line since everyone was checking in at 4:00PM but hotel should do better to staff front desk at this time. Not all computers were being used & it was a 10 to 15 minute wait which was disappointing & could have been avoided by adding staff. Also, hotel staff were not that friendly. There were a few during the day shift that were super nice but overall did not feel welcomed, etc. No one really smiled or said hello or good day. That's all it takes. Parking: We arrived early & knew that we would have to pay or go to one of the free lots. I inquired the whereabouts with the Valet & he only pushed the 'paid' parking areas. Only went I persisted in inquiring about FREE parking was I told how to get to the Toll House lot or Nordic Center. Same on our check out day. We were told it would be free at the hotel garage until 1:00PM & thereafter we would be charged if the car was not moved. When I inquired about FREE parking on our weekday departure day, only after I persisted did the staff advise of the free parking at Mansfield. Hotel should allow FREE on the last day but realize it may be space issue.

Our first time visiting Stowe. The room was spacious and well equipped with a mini kitchen and beautiful tub and glass shower. We had a beautiful view of the mountain. Access to the mountain could not be easier.

Great stay

Great location, easy access to the lift especially with the ski valet. Room was great to make our own meals and not have to eat on mountain. The pool and hot tub was great after skiing all day as well.

Daughters, 9 & 12. One on one ski time, m with the other daughter relaxing in the room/ hotel. Post ski ice skate. Night time pool and hot tub, with runs into the snow. Full kitchen with stove/oven helped, avoided the eating out every meal nightmare.

Magical mountain stay

This space was perfect for visiting Stowe in the fall! The property is fantastic, there is so much to do you'd never have to leave. You are very close to Stowe which has wonderful restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and more. We will definitely be coming back here again soon! Oh, and the view from this room was spectacular!

Great Stay

we were very happy with our four night stay. We did not have maid service while we were there, but we were ok with that, and we had plenty of towels. We probably could have requested it, but again, we were fine with it. I also loved our view.

Perfect ski weekend

The unit looked brand new and plenty of supplies even batteries and light bulbs ..so we were prepared for everything. And Stowe got 16 inches of powder tjat weekend that was just icing on tje cake
