"Host Billy has a wonderful place located very close to Sparti City Centre, but not too close to have noise issues. I travelled with my wife and 2 older sons and we were accommodated very well. Would highly recommend the property to anyone looking to visit Sparti."

"It was an incredible experience to live alone in an abandoned village in Mani. You feel far away from everything and it is a nice feeling. The nearest beach is about 25 minutes driving. The house is always fresh downstairs in the main bedroom. For the persons who like to hike, unfortunately, a fire occured in august 2021 so it is not very pleasant to walk in the countryside around. "Wir waren mit zwei Kindern Ende Oktober/Anfang November für 9 Tage in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und besteht aus zwei Wohnungen, jew. mit Küche und Bad. Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind einfach und teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Küchenausstattung ok. Wunderbarer Garten mit Orangen- und Grantapfelbäumen und einiges was blüht und das im November. Schöner, wenig frequentierter Strand und klares Wasser. Wir waren jeden Tag schwimmen....

"The house is huge and our teenagers had their own world on the rooftop. Very “Instagramable” location. My wife and I and our 8 year old boy enjoyed the rest of the house. We never went to a beach - there is simply no need, because 3 meters from you door is the sea with outdoor shower, too. The little area in front of the house is not so deep and after 2 meters only sand, no rocks and there is fish to visit snorkeling. The water is between 60 cm and 2,5 meters deep and crystal clear. "There was plenty of room for us and our three teenagers in this beautiful house. It is located in the midst of an olive grove, with a view on Messinian bay and walking paths uphill and downhill. Very close to Almyra beach; we went every day. A perfect place to rest, relax and connect with nature!"

"we have stayed here several times in the past, on occasion twice in one year we love it so much, but the difference in the standard this year was vast. The property and grounds look generally unkempt with broken tree branches, washing line and waist high weeds by the shower and toilet. "Der Aufenthalt war toll. Der Bungalow hat eine hervorragende Lage, von der aus man die ganze Mani erkunden kann. Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bungalow liegt in einem sehr liebevoll gestalteten Garten, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es steckt sehr viel Liebe im Detail. Uns ist er auf jeden Fall ans Herz gewachsen und wir werden auch wieder kommen."

"Hosts guided us to the property when we arrived in Kalamata. Offered advice and showed us the property. They were available to answer questions and advised of good places in the area to visit/eat and further afield. You need access to a car or a good local taxi. "This little luxury budget hotel was a great find! I felt welcome or as the Greeks practice-philoxenia. I am on the road a lot for business and pleasure. The receptionist, Fay, is an excellent concierge. Will highly recommend and revisit if in area again. "

"Nice small resort with a beautiful pool. Very nice people, always ready to help. Pool towels are provided, nice bar, very good breakfast with enough place to sit outside. We had a very nice room, seaview, with a small kitchen. It is a 35 minute walk to Agios Nikolaos (downhill), with enough restaurants to choose from. Nice small harbour, a bit touristy but far more authentic than touristic resort Stoupa. We loved our Stay in Rigklia/Agios Nikolaos."
