EXCELLENT Location in StormLake

Worked well for our group (2 bros, 2 wives, sis) and excellent for parents with 3-4 kids but some multi-couples may not like due to sleeping arrangements. Queen master bath is very nice but only other option for cpls is a dbl bed (6 inches off floor) as part of a triple bunk (other 2 beds are singles) in the 2nd bedroom and a twin pullout in living room. Note - the bunks have 400# - 200# - 200# weight limts. Also, the 2nd br has no dresser, nitestands or even a luggage rack, so, everything on the floor. It is very well equipped kitchen and living areas spacious with a great view of lake. Baclony is nice in mornings/evenings. I'd suggest getting rid of coffee table on balcony (theres already a patio table) as it really clutters the space and makes it hard to move around / access all seating. Can't over-emphasize the excellent location ... Walk to KingsPoint, bike store / rental shop, campground and walking / bike path along lake. Again, ideal for family with kids or 3-5 singles but 2 couples is pushing it.

Great location and condo

Nice spacious and well equipped condo. Only issue is bedding - sheets are not good quality (scratchy.thin) and not enough pillows (and flat pillows). I mentioned to the owner. Everything else was Great.

We loved the location of this condo. right next to the hotel with a waterpark in it. Walking distance to a park and right next to the lake. Great views and everyone in the building was very friendly.

A Slice of Paradise

Property was accurately described. A wonderful 3rd floor unit with a balcony looking out to the lake. All the conveniences of home. Near lake trail, waterpark, the historic Cobblestone Inn, and even a nice coffee spot, Grand Central Coffee. Loved having a kitchen and laundry room, plus lots of cliset space. We couldn't ask for more.

Great lake view

Condo was perfect fit for my husband and I. It was just as described. Check in was easy. The view of the lake was wonderful just wish the weather would have cooperated so we would have had more time to enjoy the balcony. Close to parks around lake. Be sure to try out Grand Central Coffee Station and Smoking Herford BBQ.

Great place to stay alone or with family!

I stayed here for work and really enjoyed the quiet and secure building, and the cleanliness of the unit was wonderful. The kitchen was good for cooking, and there was a lot of space for relaxing and hanging out. Great location close to lake, downtown, and schools.

Great place to stay. Quiet . A few suggestions:more hand towels, pillows ( esp. if using the pullout bed), hairdryer, iron, soap for showers ( used the shampoo provided for soap). Would stay again .

The location and views were amazing. This was set up great for our group of six. We will look to book again over the next four years while our daughter attends BVU. Owner was responsive to our issue with housekeeping but over all stay was a 5.

Very nice clean condo with a great view

Stayed here with my kids and husband and enjoyed it very much. Hosts instructions were easy to follow and everything seemed well taken care of, beautiful view of the lake from the condo and close to the waterpark which were our two main things. My kids’ one request was a bunk bed so they got their wish. I do wish there were a small first aid kit somewhere—thankfully, i had a small one in my car for a scrape my kids got while playing. The only other thing i noticed that could be a safety hazard is the fan in the room with the bunk beds, especially since it is a triple bed - if a kid turned on the fan (or even with it off) someone could very easily hit their head. Also, the elevators were broken during our stay which normally wouldn’t be a big deal - but was a little more of an inconvenience this time because my husband has a broken foot, which made those stairs a little more difficult. But, not much to be done about that. Overall, we enjoyed the location and furnishings and we would definitely consider staying again.

Nice condo

The condo fit the needs of 4 adults and 3 children (6 and 3 - twins). The view of the lake was nice. The daily visits by a gaggle of geese were also fun to see. The nearby waterpark and playground were a hit with the kids. Arnolds Park was only an hour away. The host was accommodating and responsive. Fun time!
