The apartment type A is located on the ground floor, at ground level and can be reached without steps. You can darken the rooms with external blinds.

The FW are wonderfully bright and cozy thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, chic and modern. A large dining table invites you to eat and drink.
The bedroom has a double bed.
Large, wide windows open the way to the terrace and offer a great view of the canal and Storkower See.
Thanks to the underfloor heating, a stay in the cold season is a pleasant pleasure.

Relax on the lawn by the house or enjoy the summer by boating.
Go with your children to the guarded beach, 400m away, with a slide, volleyball and deck chair.

The apartment house Seebrise is located directly on the western shore of Lake Storkower on the Storkower Canal, five minutes from the city center. Here water sports enthusiasts will find a wide range of opportunities to pursue their hobby. Even hikers and nature lovers will find everything their hearts desire.

Nature presents itself in its most beautiful form in the incomparable Storkower lake landscape with its bogs and extensive forests. You can observe sea eagles, cranes and many other animals from the numerous cycling and hiking trails. Enjoy the clear and fresh air of Brandenburg in the immediate vicinity of Berlin.

TO GO BIKING
Picking mushrooms in the many forests around Storkow. Bicycle tours can hardly be surpassed in their possible diversity from the ideal location "sea breeze" in Storkow.
Even experienced crossers and mountain bikers are surprised by the profile that the landscape has to offer through diverse terrain, lakes, forests and quiet paths. But there are also the low-traffic streets, which also make cycling cyclists enthusiastic. A small picnic or a creative break in one of the many beautiful places alternatively invites you to linger. The extensive cycle path network with almost 300 km of cycle paths has been funded with EU funds and is unique in Germany.

STEAM TOURS.
If you want, you can drift through the landscape on a passenger ship on lakes and rivers. From this individual vacation you will return to everyday life with renewed vigor. Round trips and day trips with lock trips lead over calm lakes, calm, romantic canals and rivers and along the enchanting nature.

Adventure cruises with dancing and a good mood as well as special cruises on board with ice cream, coffee and cake are offered depending on the season.

HIKE .
Numerous well-marked hiking trails invite you to excursions in the area. Be it the salt marshes, the lookout tower at Gross-Schauener See, the water buffalos or the large inland dune in Storkow.
In autumn the surrounding forests offer an incomparable abundance of mushrooms. ,

WATER SPORTS .
The Storkower See with over 6 km length and approx. 1.8 km width forms an excellent surfing and sailing area. It is connected via the canal to the water surfaces of the Scharmützelsee and the Wolziger lake, forming an optimal sailing paradise.

There is a sports boat harbor on the property. A rowing boat is freely available to the tenants. You can start your boat tours from here. The extensive lake area with all its nature and huge water areas offers excellent opportunities for day trips, fishing and swimming.

In Brandenburg, the bathing lakes are regularly tested for their water quality; with always excellent results for the Storkower See. So you have unlimited bathing fun and do something good for nature because you leave rare areas to their retreat areas. The water of Lake Storkower is always rated as excellent.

The Storkower lido with a guarded beach, sports facilities and playground and a small bistro are 5 minutes away on foot. ,

FISHING
The Storkower See and canal with its secluded waters, where often only a few fish traps and gill nets indicate use by fishermen, offer ideal fishing opportunities. Sport fishermen can expect numerous lakes, rivers and canals with a wide range of fish. If you want to go fishing, you can fish for coarse fish without a fishing license since 2006. A “fishing license” or “Fishing license” and a “fishing tax” that can be purchased in one of the many sports shops, fishing or fish shops. We help you with pleasure.

IN THE WINTER .
If the frost persists, a stable ice sheet quickly forms on the Storkow waters. Then the Storkower ice sailors start their fast sport on runners. It was not for nothing that Storkow was long regarded as a place for excursions and an ice sail paradise for Berliners. The wintry landscape invites to extensive ice skating tours along the lake shore. Ice hockey tournaments take place in many places and are part of the winter fun of the Storkow population.
Ice fishing is also a long-standing tradition on Lake Storkow.
