"Wonderful experience at Tranquilles. Friendly service from Bev from the moment I checked in and during my 2-day stay there. Comfortable bedding and clean room and facilities. Bev is an amazing hostess - she catered for the birthday function I attended at Tranquilles, serving delicious Thai food as well as the amazing birthday cake. There were great choices for breakfast and the jams/marmalade served were also home-made. Definitely recommend and would stay at Tranquilles on my next trip to Port...

Not only the rooms are so pristinely clean that it would satisfy the most hardcore germaphobe, but the staff are unbelievably kind and compassionate. If more people were like David and Helen, the world would be a better place! "Lovely clean room, a peaceful location, and an easy walk to city centre. The hosts were excellent, going above and beyond - i needed to check-in early as well as a late check-out and when it looked like my taxi wasn’t going to show up they even got me over to the Spirit of Tasmania.
I’m not fond of travelling solo, so being looked after by such kind, caring people is a real pleasure.

"Our stay was great. Only the one night as we were attending Latrobe Speedway, which was only minutes away.
Fiona our host was lovely and we had everything we needed. Room was clean, bed was comfy, nice brekky the following day and easy parking.
If you were staying longer or for a more romantic occasion, you wouldn't have bern disappointed."
