"The hosts of this charming Victorian suite left no detail unturned – the pictures represent it well, but it’s not until you step in that you notice the little things from the chandeliers to the texture of the wallpaper. "We truly enjoyed our stay out in Redridge! I am from the Keweenaw and this was my first time staying on Lake Superior. The house was perfect for our group (and our dog). It was great to be able to walk out to the stamp sand beach to enjoy the water. One recommendation- please post a photo of the inside of the master bathroom shower. "Very comfortable, cozy stay in a historical house. So fun to walk to the lighthouse and the beach. Our son was able to drive over from Houghton to visit in less than 40 minutes. We had a nice dinner at the restaurant in Dreamland. Our daughter and golden retriever enjoyed the little swimming area and the beach. We took the canoes out on Sunday afternoon and enjoyed exploring the little islands in the Portage- complete with shipwrecks. "

"We were in the area looking at properties for sale and these cabins are priced right and were exactly what we needed for our trip. Communication with the owner was top-notch. She is extremely friendly and wants you to enjoy your stay to the fullest.
