"Beautiful ranch setting, overlooking small lake with horses in the pasture , deer and other wildlife passing by. Host Dolly was very friendly and available nearby along with her happy greeters (i.e. dogs). Out in the boonies very quiet and peaceful, Highly recommended !!!"

"We walked into the room and first noticed muddy water on the floor in the bathroom and the toilet seat hanging half off. We tried to get our money back and the lady at the front desk said they couldn't do it. She didn't have the ability to do it so we stayed and and maintenance got their 3 hours ..."
