"Beautiful place, very clean and cozy with nice touches. Our group of 9 fit quite comfortably. Beds were comfy, hot tub was ready for us and clean, and the kitchen and sitting area were generous and beautiful. I say it was cozy but the A-frame ceiling is high and gorgeous, but somehow still cozy! Loved the place and Dave and Kim were a pleasure to work with - plenty of communication and they were available for any issues, but we had none. Highly recommended!"

"Check in was a self check in which was super convenient for us coming from such a long road trip. The beds were super comfortable, and the house was very clean. Its a brand new house! The host was easy to reach, and the location was nice and quiet away from neighbors which was nice. It was easy to get to Sunday River just over 15 minutes! The layout of the house was perfect for our group. The hot tub was super nice, and firepit as well. "

Showers were wonderful as was the hot tub. Trevor is a great communicator and got back to us immediately if we messaged him. Great location! Minutes to the mountain and restaurants.We highly recommend and would definitely consider staying here again!!"
