"Overall the experience was positive. We arrived at midnight and staff was still readily available to assist. They even left a late night snack in our room upon arrival. If you are seeking a more laid back resort, it certainly fits the bill. I hoped for more activities available on site. The resort went into quiet mode after 10pm. Also I noticed they had a notification board for information but having daily itineraries either available in print in the room or on the tv would have been helpful....

"Perfecta estadia en el hotel. Mucho espacio verde, bares bien distribuidos ,playas limpias. Seguro. "

"Awesome"

"We can’t thank the staff at white paradise enough. We stayed for 2 weeks for our honeymoon and couldn’t have picked a better place. The food is unbelievable, all à la carte rather than your all inclusive buffet. The grounds and hotel itself are stunning, the staff are so welcoming and are always happy to help you. We’d like to thank Clara for always being on hand, as well as all of the bar/restaurant staff for accommodating all our needs, it was an unforgettable honeymoon."

"We stayed for 4 nights and to us it's a clear 5 star rating. Rooms and facilities are very comfortable and clean, excellent food, staff is very very nice, great beachside location. Very good-looking facilities overall. Regarding the beachside experience, the area with beds and parasols is slightly elevated from the beach itself and the water, which provides a wall that "shields us" from the insisting vendors. This was a reason for us to choose this hotel and it turned out great. Also, the...

"I will keep this hotel in my worst list hotels which I visited in my life "

"Excellent location. We had money go missing from our room. Check in was very impersonal and after a full days travel we were required to line up again to fill out an pay the government tax, surly this can be done anytime during the stay. The person who took us to our room gave us no information about the place room wise or resort wise. They talk a good service ethic but as far as I was concerned service was non existent. Overpriced for the standard of the overall experience. To make the stay...

"Amazing stay!"

"Its offered as an all inclusive which is not. The only thing you can drink without soda or alcohol is water which is unacceptable. The food is very poor only offering at the buffet unhealthy options such us fries, pizza and hot dogs. The room is a 3 star accommodation not a five star and the service is awful very slow and not giving any solutions to your request. We’ve had many problems such us a door which cannot be closed at the room entering mosquitos and we ‘ve complain at least 8 times in...
