"Me and my partner stayed over in the Leven for just one night and were amazed by how gorgeous the room was. It was spotless, the bathroom was spacious and had both a bath and a shower and there was a kettle to make tea or coffee. The bed was incredibly comfortable and it was an overall lovely experience. "The room ( junior suite ) was cold as the radiators were not working when we arrived. Reception was informed at about 4,00 pm but nothing improved until several houirs later. Two electric heaters were put in the room and the radiators eventually came on. The 'fault', we weere told, was the room thermostst which was located outside in the hallway (???) and somebody had turned it off.
