When she finally realised I was there she made me feel like it was a hassle to serve me and she couldn’t wait for me to leave. "We stayed here for our anniversary, its a very impressive building, staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice, large bed, great big soft pillows, air con nice and cold. Only issue was the water pressure of the shower, if you wanted anything other than a cold shower the water pressure dropped so you were basically hugging the wall to get under the water. We did let the staff know this upon checkout. We had drinks out on the terrace overlooking the golf course which was lovely...

"Excellent hotel! Excellent staff. I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. The room is very well presented and incredibly clean, bed was super comfy and bathroom was spotless and of a decent size. Paid extra for the Full English...

"Upon arrival, we discovered that our room had two single beds pushed together rather than the double bed advertised. Given the record-breaking temperatures over the bank holiday, the climate in the room was exceptionally hot. We discovered that one of the radiators was on full blast and with no control valve to turn it off. With no air conditioning we were forced to open the windows. However, our room was located directly above the hotel kitchen and it's extractor fan which was extremely loud...

"Had a lovely stay this weekend. The cooked breakfast was lovely! Staff very friendly. I liked the trolley available to help ourselves to top ups of towels, water and extra tea and coffee supplies. Quiet location. Bed was a little creaky, but comfortable, on ground level which was nice too. Bathroom grouting could do with a little de-moulding, and shower heads could be a little higher. Also plug sockets by the bed would also be more helpful. But overall, i cant complain and would stay again!"
