"The view from our room was gorgeous and the enclosed balcony with heater was an unexpected bonus. The room was nice but thought the bathroom looked ‘tired’.
From previous reviews, I thought the hotel would feel much more special than it did. We were here to celebrate a special birthday ( which the hotel were aware of) but that seemed to pass them by.
Dinner in the evening was ok ( the staff were very pleasant) but again, I’d hoped the food would be excellent and it wasn’t.

"Had a lovely night away. Room was clean and nice to have a fridge with fresh milk for coffee etc. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice. Outside areas are great for relaxing and nice to have an outside pool. In a quiet area but within walking distance to the beach, train station and town. Great hosts. Would definitely recommend. Thank you. "

"Lovely comfortable beds, clean and pleasant room. Dog friendly. The staff are lovely and couldn’t have been more welcoming. Very enjoyable few days. Will definitely be back."

"After a full day of walking what a treat the Station House was!
Beautifully decorated room, comfortable bed, lots of hot water, the use of the common room, a informative book about the property and local suggestions as well as a cafe of delicious food."
