Girls weekend getaway

Comfy & Spotless
This was a very clean home with everything we could want for a ladies' weekend away. Beds were very comfortable. The house was nicely decorated. The instructions were clear and detailed. This house is in a quiet residential neighborhood near Lodi Lake. We felt right at home. Great rental!

Felt Like Home
This home was a smaller replica of the home I owned in Lodi. My family came back for a quick visit and felt right at home when we walked through the door. Table top and outdoor games were provided to keep us busy the few times we were at the house. The home is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood near parks, the lake, downtown, and various wineries. The check-in process was so smooth that I only texted Karen to tell her we were there and that it reminded me of our old home. Do beware that the sprinklers soak the padding on the picnic furniture and will come in through open windows. If you hear the sprinklers come on, close the windows. Thank you for making my very first vacation rental so easy!

Laundry
I thought that coin laundry meant that there was laundry on the premises. There was not. There was a laundromat not far from the house. EVERYTHING else for the house was OUTSTANDING!!! THANK YOU AGAIN for another awesome experience

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the house, which seemed newly remodeled. The location was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. My husband and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary, and the house was in a perfect location for relaxing, wine tasting and hiking/walking. Everything we needed to know was written down. We will definitely return.

Would stay here again in a heat beat!
Immediately upon walking into this house you can tell the owners have poured a lot of love and care into this place. It feels like a home, not just a place to sleep. Everything is labeled super well so even if you show up late at night (which we did) you can find extra pillows in minutes instead of pulling your hair out opening every door/cabinet in the place. The host communicated very well and was super friendly, but didn't over-communicate. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend or stay at this place again.

Quaint and cozy home
This was an adorable place for my daughter and granddaughter to stay at while visiting. The owner has taken care to make it feel like home and even provides little extras for travelers who may have forgotten something. It was very comfortable, with just the right amount of room.

Excellent stay
I went with 3 friends, so we had 4 in our group. Everything was perfect with our stay—cute and clean place, great and quiet location, everything we need is stocked including a curling iron, and a wonderful and responsive host. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean & Comfy
We absolutely loved staying at this property! I was so impressed by the cleanliness and modern vibe of the inside. Our kiddos loved playing in the backyard. And we loved the comfy beds. Karen was very communicative and hospitable. Loved the board/outdoor games for our family trip! Will definitely stay here again next time we come to town. Only downfall was the sofa bed in the living room. We couldn’t get the head of the bed to stay flat, it was either upright to watch tv or down to be folded back into the sofa. But we made it work with cushions behind between the bed frame and couch.

Mom & Grandma’s in town for wedding
I was in town for my son’s wedding, and brought both my mom and my stepmom with me. We absolutely loved the house. It was just perfect for three people, and was so clean. Karen was so helpful and easy to get a hold of as well. I have already recommended this house to others!!

We visited Lodi for a family reunion and had a wonderful time. The rental was perfect, just as described and the kitty in the back was a bonus. Lots of extra details added to make your stay more pleasant, especially if you forgot anything.

Clean and Quaint by the Lake
This was a perfect rental for our family of four. It is exactly as pictured, very clean and thoughtfully appointed. I particularly appreciated the labels on all the drawers, plenty of coffee (Keurig), and even toys and a booster seat for our toddler! The house is right by Lodi lake and the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Karen was professional and communicative, making us feel very welcome. I plan on this being “our spot” for future family visits!

Everything was clean and comfortable. We had extra everything which was great.
The beds were really comfortable and the heater worked amazing. There was plenty of room for us to move. Little downside of having one bathroom but the 4 of us made it work.

Wedding, wine & walking
Wonderful property. It was our home base while in Lodi to celebrate our nieces wedding. It is a very walkable area and we enjoyed walking to Lake Lodi as well as walking to downtown area(~30 min walk). Also very well located to visit wineries.

This home was very clean in a nice neighborhood. Lake Lodi is just a few blocks away for a nice family outing.

Nice stay
My brother sister and I rented this property while in town to visit family. It’s a great house and very clean. We only had one problem, the neighbors were noisy. The first night the neighbors across the street were up until after midnight outside, and then the next night the neighbors behind us were up until after midnight outside. Luckily, we had earplugs. We really enjoyed our walks to in around Lodi Lake. It was beautiful! The house had everything we needed. We would stay again.

Cute, Comfortable, & Clean
Loved everything about this place while staying here to visit family. Cute older home is completely updated and had everything we needed. For those with little ones, there is only a shower and no washer or dryer, which was not a problem for us and our 2 teenagers. So nice to come back to after spending the days out and about.
