My husband and I make an effort every year since we got married to go somewhere for our wedding anniversary. We have owned a pontoon for 6 years now and so naturally, we've been taking it everywhere. It's seen the ocean even. This trip was one of our favorites 😍 ❤️ 💕 This year, Stockton was on our list. It did not disappoint. Nor did the beautiful, modern, and private home we stayed at. Michael and Elise have created the most stunning ambience. The bed is comfortable with fresh linens that still smell like dryer sheets upon arrival and the same goes for the towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, patio area will make you want to come back to it after a long day on Stockton lake. Hot tub, firepit, waterfall that lights up the entire patio area, and the grocery store is right down the road for grabbing something to grill! Large/tall fence around the patio that connects directlyb to the house to ensure complete privacy. Fresh water is placed in the hot tub for each guest's arrival and we could tell immediately that we were no exception to this rule. No checklist upon check out, only a request to tip the cleaning specialist. Bring your boat! There is a marina for renting slips not too far from these beautiful places or a boat launch if you prefer to put your boat in and out each day. Driveway is long enough for trailer/boat and vehicle. We will be back! With friends next time!

Thanks so much for supplying all our needs at the property. We had a wonderful time. Everything you need is already there, the only missing appliance was a toaster (which I use) other than that absolutely no complaints from us!

Loved the tranquility of this location!!! We were a little surprised at the "small village" of identicals houses on our arrival, but were pleasantly surprised at the quiet and super private atmosphere that each seemed to provide! Great communication with the owner and appreciated that they cared if we were happy with the amenities and our stay. We loved the yard with the hot tub and the ability to open up the house to the outdoors the most!

Last minute relaxing weekend trip with my wife. Just did a general search for houses with hot tubs in Missouri, and found these gems! Relaxing, quite, private, comfortable, and just overall well thought out are just a few words to describe these villas. Definitely did not disappoint, and we’ll for sure be back! Great location to either just hangout in the area and house, or take a little day trip into Springfield, MO which we did both. Amazing weekend is putting it lightly, our only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!

My husband and I stayed here for our Anniversary getaway. It was perfect! Very clean with a well thought out floor plan. We love the privacy and great hosts. We will definitely be returning.

What a great place. We had such a relaxing visit. It was extremely clean and the manager responded promptly. Stockton state park marina is a very short trip down the road. This is a perfect location. We will stay here again.
