" Very clean and stocked very well had everything we needed communication was great, the reason we do not give a 5 star and could honestly be much lower had they not excelled in every other area is the hot tub advertised was not functional and pool heater is disconnected which is one of the main mean reasons we picked this home."

"This was a perfect house for our group of 7 friends, the layout was great. We enjoyed our stay. The cleanliness missed the mark on a few things (towels looked older and kitchen sponge was old and a few cob webs but nothing that was a deal breaker) but overall it was a great house for our girls trip"

"Accurate to listing. Easy access to interstate making it central to all areas. Driving in you do see some homes that make you question the neighborhood, but it was incredibly quiet & we felt safe at the property. Host was responsive. The home accommodated 2 adults and 2 children well for a brief stay. "We were attending an event in Murieta, and the house was very continently located for us to go back and forth. We were really only there to sleep, but it was perfect for us. The house was clean, easy to find, had planets of space, its conveniently located very near a Sprouts grocery store, an ice cream shop, and not far from a shopping center with a Starbucks, Raley’s, etc. Great communication from the host!, "

"We were in town for a convention. Sway was awesome and accommodated us even though we were a larger family. She communicated well and left the extra items we would need to be comfortable. The home was in a great location and check in was a breeze. She is an excellent host who has put a lot of thought into the convenience for her guests."

"We stayed over the holiday weekend for a convention. The host was truly wonderful. Communication was easy and so quick to reply. As for the property, the only negative, and it wasn’t even a negative was a conversation worker was double parked so I couldn’t see the property address. I just rolled down my window and yelled at the guy to tell me what the address on the house was since his big truck was blocking the view. The residence was beautiful.
