"Absolutely wonderful holiday retreat. Property was so much more than I imagined, even a coffee pod machine with pods, and many other added extras. A home from home. So spacious and was just so peaceful. Loved waking to the sound of the horses, cows, sheep etc. Welcome goodies were so appreciated. 5* accommodation, so clean and well presented. Had no issues so didn’t contact the owners. Would most definitely stay again if I was in the area. Highly recommended"

Great communication giving us detsed directions as the property is down a hidden path but as we were prewarned it was easily found. Lots of lovely touches including dressing gowns in the wardrobes. "Room was small to be an ensuite double room, but it was clean and had basics and toiletries, tv and free wifi. Free parking at the front door. The owner, Darren, was quite nice and helpful. He cooked a nice breakfast every morning, personalized a bit for my continental taste, and listened patiently to my daily adventures. I was on holiday and did tourism across Somerset from there. Very good local small supermarket and petrol station within walking distance, also an excellent community cafe (the Market Kitchen). Comfortable bed, and even though the weather was v. hot it was quite cool in the cottage. Plenty of space for two, might have been a bit cramped for a family."
