Off track.so very quiet .Reception lounge area was not kept clear of rubbish but thats the customers problem as there are bins available. Breakfast was very good .reception staff not very friendly ..curt ... bit mu little room was lovely and as I said very quiet . Sunday no bar and no food available .

Comfortable stylish hotel with a comprehensive breakfast selection, helpful staff and free luggage storage if you need it when checking out. It’s a 7 minute walk from the Arlanda terminal at central station ( for metro also). The No 7 tram stop to Djurgårdsvägen is 5 minutes walk from the hotel ( in front of Ahlens department store).

This is a fantastic property and location for all things Stockholm. It felt incredibly safe yet was close to all transport, shops, plenty places to eat and drink. I had a single room and it was equipped with everything I needed and the shower was fab, loads of hot water and the shower products were lovely. The highlight of this property is breakfast. It's a wow! The atrium is a great location, tons of choices and everything was delicious. The experience was made even better by the breakfast staff; every single morning they were friendly and efficient, they made my day with their friendliness. My only let down was my room felt stifling and too warm at times. I had a single room and I loved it, it had everything I needed but despite being able to have a fan always running, it never cooled down and the windows don't open so that could get uncomfortable.

I liked that I got a room with a balcony and was able to see all the shops around me. The location was perfect because their were so many things to see at a walking distance!

Excellent locatoon. Pretty much 20-30 mins walk from everywhere we wanted to go. Gamla Stan, Vasa Museum, sea front, boaf trip train and tram station etc.....

Family stay. The hotel is really very close to everything you need. The only negative point is that 3 in the same room does not leave room to tidy up the space as the suit cases were on the floor

This is a beautiful hotel and is reasonably priced. It is centrally located, walkable to all transit, included breakfast and had friendly staff!

Nice hotel, and staffs are friendly, hotel location is really convenient, 7 minutes walking distance from central station to hotel. Breakfast is good, room is clean. I will stay this hotel next time.

Bad and ignorant service at check-in
Requested a high floor room with a nice view; but at check-in at 7 pm I was told that 3rd floor or below was only option - although hotel has 7 floor (and seemed not very full at all!) - also requested daily cleaning, but when coming back the next day at 3 pm my room was still not cleaned!

Thank you for your feedback, it helps us get better! We are sorry that we could not offer you a higher floor. Sometimes they do clean the rooms after 3 pm, especially if we have many guests in the hotel.

Good hotel in the city center, easily reachable on foot from the train station (and the arlanda express station). The rooms are, however, very small, there is hardly any space to open the luggage (we did have the standard rooms with window). The breakfast was okay, the selection was broad, but the breakfast location felt very cold and not like a nice area overall. For a short business trip I can recommend it.

Great to hear that you enjoyed our breakfast buffet! All of our rooms do have windows but the ones facing the breakfast courtyard cannot be opened due to fire safety reasons. Next time you could wish for a room with a window facing the street and we will do our best to fulfill you request. Hope to see you again!

Very nice hotel, with excellent staff. Convenient to downtown, and only a short walk from the train station. Breakfast was very good. The room was small, but that's typical of Europe.

10 Minuten zu Fuss ab Bahnhof. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, kann bei längerem Aufenthalt und viel Gepäck etwas zu eng sein. Sowie kleines Bad. Preis-,/Leistung ok. Super Frühstücksbuffet. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. In der Umgebung genügend Geschäfte und Restaurants
