UN poco anticuado. Necesita una reforma. Muy bien ubicado. Tiene parada de metro en el mismo edificio. Eso hace que se oiga pasar el metro, lo que puede ser molesto si eres sensible al ruido. Servicio amable. WiFi funciona bien

新しくはないですが、クラシックでステキでした。セキュリティーも安心できます。電車の音は始終聞こえますが中央駅も目の前で、歩いてガムラスタンまで行ける距離です。 シャワー室の下が開いてるのはよくあるパターンですが、こちらは一面だけ、壁もドアもなく完全にオープンでカーテン用のポールが上にあっても、カーテンが無し。どれだけ気を遣ってシャワーを使っても、びしょびしょになってしまったので疲れてしまいました。あと、朝食が楽しみの一つですが、7:30からとスタートが今回のどのホテルよりも遅かったので、出発時刻に間に合わず食べられなかったのが残念でした。

We want to thank you for taking your time and giving us your complete opinion and feedback. IT really means alot to us since we always want to put our guests needs and comfort in focus. We are renovating alot of the bathrooms of the hotel rooms so hopefully the water all over the floor will not be a further problem. And regarding the breakfast we are sorry if you missed it,but we do have a small breakfast bag to go that you can order the night before if we get the chance to welcome you again. Hope otherwise that you enjoyed your stay while being in Stockholm.

総合的に満足です。
12月の寒い時期でしたが、室内は暖かく過ごせました。バスルームの床がどうしてもビショビショに濡れてしまう構造で、その点だけ残念でしたが、バスタブ付きとリクエストしていたとおり、バスタブのあるお部屋で満足です。お湯もたっぷり出ました。朝食も美味しかったです。スリッパと歯ブラシはフロントに行けば、無料でもらえました。ロケーションが中央駅のすぐそばで最高でした。バーの夕食美味しかったです。雰囲気もよかったです。

Jag är 187 lång. Jag tilldelades ett litet rum med s k lådsäng, alldeles för liten för mig både på längden och ännu mer tvären. I denna säng kan man inte röra sig på ett naturligt sätt, och jag vaknade oavbrutet hela natten. Två nätter i denna säng är rena tortyren och båda dagarna blev liksom nätterna helt förstörda. När jag påtalade problemet påpekades att jag hade fått ett "budgetrum" - för 1430 kr per natt! För det priset förväntar man sig en normal säng. Jag anser det direkt ohederligt att inte signalera att rummet har en sådan fullkomligt udda utrustning. Hela min Stockholmsvistelse blev förstörd. Detta är en reklamation.

Ljuden från tunnelbanan gjorde att det var svårt att sova. Frukosten börjar serveras från 06:30 så svårt att hinna med den om man ska åka tidigt.

Först så vill vi tacka för att du tog dig tid att ge oss din åsikt, den betyder mycket då vi alltid försöker lägga våra gästers bekvämligheter i fokus. Vi är tyvärr medvetna om tunnelabanan och vi försöker se hur vi ska lösa detta problem. Sen var det tråkigt att du missade frukosten mne vi har även så att man kan få en liten frukostlåda med sig om man skulle önska det tidigare. Det var synd att du missade den informationen utan det beställer man kvällen innan så förbereder nattpersonalen den till den tid man önskar. Vi vill som sagt att ingen ska gå hungrig och våra gästers trevnad oh bekvämlighet är alltid prioritering för oss. Vi hoppas att vi får chansen att välkomna dig på nytt nästa gång du är i Stockholm så ska vi försöka placera dig i ett av rummen högre upp där man inte hör tunnelbanan. Jag är rörelsehindrad pg a stroke men personalen på flera sätt var mig behjälplig t ex i frukostmatsalen, så jag slapp gå runt med min fullstor utan serverades och i matslem nr jag fick hjälp i trappan och i lobbyn när jag satt där och vänide på mitt sällskap, så blev jag rbjuen kaffe. Man öppnade också ytterdörren mot tvegatan mitt emot Contan, så jag kunde gäl ut utan trappor. Ett mycket lyckt Stockholmsbesök.
