We really enjoyed our stay at C Stockholm hotel. The room was really nice and the treat by the workers there was awesome. We did also love the breakfast, lots of variety and really tasty.

A la salida de la estación de tren
El hotel está justo a la salida de la estación en la zona del tren de Arlanda. Ubicación perfecta para poder recorrer la ciudad a pie, aunque es cierto que a nosotros nos gusta caminar. Si no, siempre puedes coger el metro. Escogimos la tercera categoría de habitación de las disponibles, y aun así era un poco pequeña, sin siquiera armario, pero lo sufienciente para pasar un fin de semana largo. La cama muy cómoda. El desayuno fantástico. Lo recomendamos completamente. Nosotros lo reservamos con considerable antelación y pagamos unos 120 € la noche, lo que para los precios de Estocolmo, con habitación de categoría media y desayuno incluido me parece muy buen precio para este hotel.

The room was a scam. Very disappointed
The room and bed were too small for 2 persons. I have been scammed because I paid a room for 2 whereas it was a room for 1!!! - There was no suitable bed for 2. As the bed was surrounded by walls, we cannot sleep correctly. It was difficult to extend your legs correctly. Sleeping in diagonal is not possible for 2 persons. - There was no suitable wardrob to put the clothes. So I had to use the floor to organise my stuff. - They didn't make the cleaning. So do it yourself! - The breakfast was good but no COVID rules apply. E.g: everybody sharing the same butter instead of having individual portion... So I didn't eat butter because of it. - when you go to the reception they say that they cannot do anything for you because this is Hotel.com's fault for no informing . In other word, hotel C Stockholm and/ or hotel.com take the money and they don't care of what they have sold TOGETHER. This is a shame. Travelling a lot for business, I am very disappointed as it is the first time ai see that. What you see on the pictures is far away from what you get.

When you book this room its explained that the room is a small size room without a window, and we have more categories with plenty more space. If you book a room through a third part they are in charge of your reservation. Of course we can help you with an upgrade, but this is the room you booked. Kind regards Johanna

The room booked is twin superior and it was very spacious. three large luggages can lay down open without a problem. We also love that there is plenty of lighting in the bathroom. water pressure is great too. Towels are large. Hair dryer is a bit old and not as strong for quickly drying. Thin mattress slides a lot. overall, a very good place to stay, only steps away from the Arandel Express Train terminal exit.

Lovely atmosphere in the evenings in the bar area. If you are flying into Arlanda, the express stops about 20 metres from the hotel!

Mycket nöjd
Blev uppgraderade till ett mycket bra rum. Trevlig personal, bra frukost, bra läge och trevlig med tillgång till Ice Bar. Dock byttes våra handdukar trots vi lagt in i appen att inte göra det. Border tänka lite mer på miljön och använda appen.
