Our long weekend stay was fabulous. The house was beyond clean, comfortable, fully equipped, beautifully decorated and close to town. The owner was absolutely wonderful. Great communication, local suggestions, helpful, friendly and accommodating in every way. She left no detail unturned. We did noy want to leave and hope to return again in the future.

Christine is definitely in the best host category. It is evident from the design, details, and amenities of the condo that she takes great pride in her place and in hosting. The location is central to so many amazing Berkshire activities, walkable to Stockbridge and the Berkshire Theater Company, a short ride to Great Barrington, Tanglewood, and the Norman Rockwell Museum. She gave great tips on hikes and restaurants. Plus the home has many coffee options including a state of the art espresso maker and a great remote work set up. Can’t wait to return!

Our host, Christine had every possible Detail figured out. We are very very particular and have never stayed in a Vrbo, that was so well thought out and comfortable. We will definitely return hopefully next summer and stay longer!

The Berkshires are our happy place and staying at the HideAway for a week completely added to our enjoyment. The apartment is immaculate, recently renovated and decorated with a loving touch. Christine, the owner, has thought of everything for her guests' pleasure from an expresso machine to cozy blankets perfect for snuggling. The back deck is a lovely spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine while admiring the colorful flower gardens. We hope to be able to return to the HideAway for many years!

We enjoyed a wonderful week on the property. Christine and Mark were welcoming hosts. Christine made the check-in super easy when we arrived during a rain storm, then showed us everything about the place. It was spacious for two of us and would probably have been for four people as well. The location is great, an easy walk to town and easy drive to Lee, Lenox and Great Barrington. All appliances are new and the place is brimming with supplies. The apartment is bright. When we had a small problem, Christine responded promptly and kept in close touch until it was solved. A friend who visited while we were there took pictures and said she would recommend the property to others -- and we certainly would, too.

The accommodations are well appointed and spotless, and even better than advertised. We booked due to the high reviews, and our expectations were exceeded. Cynthia is the perfect host - communicative and thoughtful, she is clearly passionate about ensuring her guests have a perfect experience. I would rate higher than 5 stars if possible.

This property is by far one of the best we have stayed in. The hosts, Christine and Mark made us feel truly welcomed and comfortable. The location was perfect and the home was cozy , spotless and had all the amenities you could ever want. Christine went above and beyond to get to know us and help us navigate the area, we cannot thank her enough ! We had such a wonderful stay .

If you’re looking for a meticulous, comfortable place to stay, topped off with high-end finishes and an owner who is warm and welcoming - this is your place! We chose this location based on the description but will return based on our experience. Everything is exactly as described and Christine could not be more thoughtful. We have stayed at many VRBOs and not one tops the cleanliness, quality of finishes, linens and well stocked kitchen. Christine has taken extra measures to ensure your stay is very comfortable with her “book of all good things” from how to use everything in the apartment to local recommendations. We have found our new “go-to” place in the Berkshires!

What an amazing stay!! My sister and I took our mom on a trip to the Berkshires for her 70th birthday and we used the Hideaway on Main as our home base. It is such a cute place and centrally located to many adventures. Lots to do and see so close to the house! The owner Christine could NOT have been nicer. She was very communicative and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed for the perfect birthday weekend. And we sure did! The house was extremely well stocked - there were more amenities and supplies then you could possibly ask for. We felt very welcomed from the second we arrived. We would definitely stay here again. I can't recommend the place enough. Thank you Christine!!

We had a lovely stay at this picture perfect home. Everything is thoughtfully supplied to make for an extremely comfortable and peaceful stay. Your hosts could not be more friendly and lovely. The pictures and video are spot on. Pick your own herbs, hang by the fire pit, or stroll into town for a meal or light shopping. It’s too bad the rating s don’t go up to 10 stars. This one deserves that many. Would stay here again!!

My husband and I had never explored the Berkshire area, and we were so lucky to find this place! It made the perfect home base, Christine is wonderful, and your every need has been anticipated! It's as beautiful as the pictures show, and conveniently located a short walk away from town. So much to see and do in the area, it's the perfect place to return to at the end of your day!

Wonderful centrally located place in downtown Stockbridge. Our host Christine was amazing. She pulled together a list of all her favorite spots, from burgers, wineries, hikes, museums and the list went on. This was hugely helpful and spot on. The 2 bedroom apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything you could need. It was truly a home away from home. A 5 minute walk to downtown that included several restaurants and coffee shops and the 250 year old Red Lion Inn. Centrally located, we were within a 30 minute drive to the Connecticut, Vermont and New York border and all the beautiful Bershire towns in between. My wife and I, highly recommend Christine's Hideaway for a wonderful trip to the Bershire's and plan to go back soon.

The Hideaway on Main St., is newly renovated, fresh, pristine, very comfortable and within walking distance to town (cafes, restaurants & boutique shops) and driving distance to local attractions! The kitchen is stocked with every appliance & gadget you could possibly need…the bathroom spanking clean, great shower, plenty of luxurious towels, hooks galore and since I forgot my toothbrush I so appreciated that the hosts were thoughtful enough to have a supply of new toothbrushes (+ other misc. supplies) in the cabinet!!! We loved the deck for morning coffee and the cozy sitting room to relax in at the end of the day! There are two beautiful bedrooms, lots of storage, rich linens and the bed was really comfortable! The self check in was easy and a ‘how to manual’ for all of the appliances, tv etc was very helpful! We had a couple of questions while booking and Christine got back to us immediately! If we were to give a rating out of 10 it would be a 12+! We would definitely stay here again…thank you Christine & Mark!
