"Host was very responsive, house was very comfortable master bed was very comfortable. Nice kitchen amenities. Nice quiet neighborhood as well. Security cameras as well. Close to everything you need. Nice spacious 3 bedroom house with big living room. With new washer and drying in good size laundry room. We stayed for 2 weeks while working here in GA. So glad I picked this place. "

"Carmen was amazing, quick to reply quick to assist, thank you so much! The 12 acre oasis was great. The lighting at night on the stairs at cottage a could be better, it looked like there used to be lights there, but they do not work. When it rained there’s a pretty good leak in the ceiling on the porch at cottage A and the dock with the cinderblocks underneath didn’t seem safe. Those were just a few minor things otherwise everything was good! Thank you again"

"The property clearly needs cleaning, the floors and couch were visibly dirty. There were stains on pillowcases, spider webs throughout the house and one of the beds was very uncomfortable to sleep on. If you appreciate cleanliness and comfort, this is not a place for you."

"This was probably one of top places i hace stay at using Vrbo! It was immaculate! Nardos was an exceptional host! We were visiting for my daughters senior spring break. I had asked about some insider hot spots and boy did Nardos deliver! We had such a great time! Atlanta was not far from our stay and it was easy to and from Atlanta! If i am everthat way again i will definitely be stay here again! Thank you Nardos for your wonderful hospitality!"

"6 of us were traveling for a convention and this place was very well priced and close to the World Congress Center. The first day we were there the A/C was out so it was hot and muggy but the host was quick to send someone out to fix it for us. The biggest downside was that the internet was VERY slow (Like 2mbps) which did suck but we weren't there much except for sleeping and hanging out after the event. So maybe bring some board games :) Would still stay again 💛"
