"We really enjoyed our stay in this studio. It was very well kept and clean. The sitting area was comfortable for relaxing in the evening and the bed was comfortable. We didn’t really cook but we did have snacks so having dishes and a toaster oven and small refrigerator was nice. We never had any trouble finding a parking spot fairly close to the unit. But my favorite part of staying here was the bikes! They were perfect for riding into the more congested parts of town where parking is...

"The pictures did not serve this place justice, an absolute gem. Very clean, and nicely decorated through the entire house. Our stay was 6 days and we grilled by the pool, the complimentary ice buckets and filtered water where an absolute delight and came in handy. I would stay here again. Location is great within a few blocks from Duval street. Late check out was not available however they are ok with you staying in the premises until your departure time in one of the 3 great rooms downstairs...

"Great location. It was quiet and only a short walk to the nightlife off Duval St. The room was immaculate and as advertised. Yes it was small, but for two people it is more than enough space. It was stated not to set AC below 72 degrees, I do wish it could be lower because it was still warm and humid at times in the room. Definitely would stay here again. "

"The room was as advertised and the property was amazing. Plenty of space to be romantic and enjoy peaceful rest by the pool. Parking is a thing but rent a golf cart to solve that small inconvenience. Overall had a great time at this property."

"Beautiful old home tastefully decorated and welcoming. We were only there for two nights so didn’t use many of the amenities. But they seriously thought of everything from cool infused water upon arrival and a fully equipped large kitchen. The room was comfortable and clean and cute. Communication very good. "
