The villa can accommodate up to 7 guests and features an authentic Mediterranean style, with terracotta floors, traditional furnishings, natural tones and large openings that create a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. It is an excellent choice for enjoying both the interiors and the open-air areas throughout the stay.

The spacious, bright and comfortable living room is the focal point of the living area. It is furnished with sofas and armchairs, a dining table and a TV, and opens directly onto the outdoor veranda. Next to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a hob, oven, dishwasher and everything needed to prepare meals and breakfasts during your holiday.

The sleeping area includes four bedrooms: two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds. Guests also have access to three bathrooms: one with a shower, one with a bathtub and one guest bathroom without a shower or bathtub.

Overall, the interiors are simple and welcoming, designed to provide rest and tranquillity after a day spent by the sea.

Check-in & Management
A few days before arrival, guests will receive a link to complete the online check-in. They will be required to enter the details of all guests, sign the tourist rental agreement, pay a €500 security deposit and settle the tourist tax, if applicable. In order to access the property, the procedure must be completed before arrival. The property is professionally managed by a specialized company on behalf of the owner.
