  • Two lovely homes, separated by a swimming pool! Located in Seadrift right on the beach. Property has ocean and Mt. Tam views. Spacious, light oceanfront homes with beautiful views and quaint elegance. The ideal place to get away for some private relaxation or a wonderful family vacation. Has pool, hot tub, and plenty of outdoor space.

    Each house has an elevator from the garage to the main floor for ease of access.

    Two houses on the same property separated by swimming pool can be rented together, or choose to rent the one that suits your needs in terms of size/bedrooms, etc. When only one is rented, the other will remain vacant.

    Houses can be rented separately or together. Please look for the listing you require.
    All online bookings are subject to owner approval.
    Minimum booking is 7 days. and availability may change based on owner use.

Wonderful Stay on the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Both houses are spectacular and were perfect for a long weekend birthday celebration. The large windows looking out to the ocean are like a moving piece of art. So gorgeous and unique. The houses are new, spacious and well-appointed. Highway One was fantastic as well. Highly recommend.

Good but can be better

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: -heating - Heaters in some locations were not working. If you know the check in time for a guest (I had called earlier and confirmed a 12pm check in time) how about turning on the heaters on a chilly day. Would surely leave a great impression.-pool system - The pool controls from inside the home were not working. Luckily the pool cleaner showed up on Friday afternoon and showed us how to work it from the system in the pool cabin. Extremely helpful and great guy.Overall, thanks for the service.

The homes are perfectly situated, perfectly outfitted with everything one could need, the pool, hot tub, ping pong tables were a bonus. Maria and Linda and the entire crew at Highway One accommodated our requests and did so with kindness, good energy attention and interest. And the whale show that was ongoing all weekend was a pleasant exciting surprise.

When I called about the water heater being broekn I never received a call back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the property and all of the great folks at Hwy 1. Truly, they are so professional. I know it's a beach house (a truly outstanding one at that),however, I do feel there could be improvement in the bedding/cleaning area. I found a pair of women's panties between the nite stand and master bed. In the guest house (we didn't use) there was a visible empty water bottle and frisbee under the chair and sofa. Indicated a lack of vacuuming. It needs more detail in cleaning. I personally took apart the refrig and cleaned well. The mattress pads were filthy (esp twin room). I washed and am hoping they do get washed with each visitor, as are the shams and bedspreads. Visitors like to feel clean upon retiring at nite. We do this in our vacation rental. Otherwise, we loved our family vacation and wouldn't hesitate to visit this beautiful property again and to recommend it to our friends. The pool and jacuzzi were a big plus, esp on the foggy days. We loved our visit and had a truly wonderful family vacation in this beautiful home.

180 Sea Drift

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this property in the past because of the heated pool and spa. The weather is often cold and foggy (as it was during our stay) and the pool is a great place for children. Being one of the more expensive properties in Sea Drift I expect things to work. During our stay we had one day the pool was too hot to get in and 2 days it was too cold to get in. The hot tub didn's work two of the 6 days we were there. We left a day early. We also had two plumping situations due to poorly maintained plumbing. When on a vacation it should not be the responsibilty of the guest to be concerned about deferred maintenence. The property manager was excellent and did everything they could regarding the pool. I have requested a partial refund and waiting to hear back. I would expect it to be at the very least one nights cost.

Reviewer Comments: We would like to rent it on President's Day weekend again next year, and for next 10 or so years.We wondered whether it would be OK to use the fireplace since it was a little on the cool side, but it wasn't necessary.Drawers and cubbards not particularly clean.
