This newly built home sleeps up to 7 -8 guests and features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped upscale kitchen, and an open-concept living and dining space with stunning views of the bay.

Step outside and experience everything Little Sodus Bay has to offer. Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the water from one of two covered waterfront decks, relax by the outdoor fireplaces in the evening, or walk directly from the house to your private pebble stone shoreline and dock.
