The residence was clean, sanitary and met our needs while visiting the local area. The beds were comfortable and the linens fresh and properly provided for our 10 day stay.
The first day was difficult as our arrival flight was 8:00 hours prior to check in and the luggage situation made the first day dreadful as the midsize rental vehicle was cramped with four adult passengers and nowhere to go until the luggage was unloaded. I understand the property was being prepared during this time but find it hard to believe the management host couldn’t accommodate our request to simply drop off the luggage prior to our scheduled check in time.
Missing from the properties was a guide or concierge guidebook with recommendations for guests unfamiliar with the local area, such as attraction locations, landmarks, historical sights, points of interest, etc..
I would like to make some suggestions and ideas for future guests that were available during our stay.
