We drove 8 hours and when we arrived they were still cleaning the townhome even though it was past check in. So we left and did some grocery shopping. When we came back the dishes in the cabinet were filthy like they have not been washed. So we had to re wash all the dishes before use. The couch was broken and they did come and replace it in a timely matter. The grill was busted as well which was also replaced. We mentioned to management that downstairs there was an abundance of dead bugs. Everytime we went to do a laundry there was a dead cricket. We were told it’s common. Well I mean I don’t think dead bugs in a home should be common. There were some safety concerns as well. The fire alarm was just dangling and not even attached to the ceiling. There was an outlet outside that had no covering on it. They did eventually come and take care of those issues as well. The neighborhood is amazing. The neighbors were so friendly and welcoming to us. Overall it was a good stay. We stayed for almost 2 months. They did accommodate us and let us bring our cats which we are forever grateful for since they don’t allow cats.
