"Overall affordable stay near city center - a 25min walk to Black Market and other points of interest. The staff speak VERY LIMITED English so communication was not the easiest. The facilities are a bit worn - on the first night there was a leak from my ceiling AC and bits of the ceiling fell. The hotel gave me a new room right away, but the new room had missing amenities like towels and soap and the running water was yellow (likely due to pipe rusting). The door was also not fully functional and...
