On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and bright living room furnished with a tasteful combination of modern and wooden pieces, seamlessly connected to a fully equipped kitchen featuring a bar and dining table. A luggage room with a hand-basin is also located on this level, along with a shower room complete with bidet and WC. The ground floor opens directly onto the garden and the private patio, which benefit from both south and east facing orientations. On the upper floor, 3 double bedrooms are arranged to accommodate a total of 6 guests in comfort. A second bathroom on this level is equipped with a shower, bidet, WC, and a double hand-basin. Both floors benefit from gas heating and floor heating, ensuring a warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout your stay.
