    FOR One of the best locations in Steinhatchee. You can walk to Roys, Crabbie Dads or the boat ramp. Great dock to dock your vessel in front of house (up to 4 foot draft) and tremendous water front. All the comforts of home - Your front porch to Steinhatchee.

    1,500 sqft home on Main Street Steinhatchee. Once you leave the dock, you will be past the No Wake zone in four minutes. Enjoy over 450 feet of waterfront. Head out for a day on the water or just sit on the porch and watch the boats go by.

    There are two bed rooms, one has a king size bed and the other has a queen size bed. The Glass room has two queen beds. There are two bathrooms, both with bathtub shower combinations. Kitchen is equipped with regular size oven, Microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Linen and dishes provided.

There was 6 men at for fishing and the place was AWESOME.

Great place to stay nice and clean and very quite.Not far from anything.We will be back.

Great quiet location near everything

This is our 2nd year in a row staying at this house. We love the quiet and convenient location right on the water with a dock. We will be back!

Great Views

Awesome Place, great view of the water and super close to the cut so you dont have a long boat ride to get out. Close to the marina and a short walk to a couple places to eat at. Thanks Justin

Scalloping Trip

Fantastic location. Several upgrades that aren't in this listing. The Glass Room is fantastic. Property Manager is super easy to work with.

Fiddler Crab Festival

The property has a few upgrades you don’t see on the website. The room with the windows has the most beautiful view! You’re not going to want to park under the house. We received a text that it was dangerous so we moved the vehicles from underneath the house. The location couldn’t be best. We were very close to everything we needed.

Bait and switch

Advertised as a three bedroom, but one of the bedrooms was unsafe to stay in because there was no window in case of emergency. Expectations from property differ from typical processes. Property owner is a scam artist, claimed I ruined a mattress that was already stained. Then filed an insurance claim against it. Also expected us to do all of the cleaning services that are paid for as part of the Rental.

Perfect location

Perfect location. Walking distance to the boat ramp,Roy's, and crabby dad's. Plenty of dock space for the boat, and room to park your trailer. 5 minute idle to the channel. House was very quaint. Plenty of space for 3 couples. Lots of outside chilling areas. Big yard.

Loved coming here, going to come every year!

The house was on a very secluded piece of property, with a porch that had an amazing view of the water. The house is a lot more updated than the pictures show also. I am in love with this place, hope to come back every year!

Great for fishing/scalloping/boating

Property is close to the mouth of the river and has good deep water dockage. It's a no frills type of house but has everything you need and is comfortable. We've stayed here 3 times for fishing tournaments and it's our "go to" rental when it's available.

Location is everything

The property is old and could use some updating - but we knew that before coming. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the sunroom was amazing. The selling point for this place is the location right at the water with fast access to the Gulf and your own dock for a boat. If you need indoor luxury, this place is not for you - but if you are here for fishing and other water activities you've found the perfect place for a very reasonable price.

Great location, 100 yards east of Roy's restaurant, less than 5 minutes to open water. 3 problems, master bath flush valve screams after fill, and shower diverter valve fell apart, oven was unusable with no heat. Beds great and AC kept up with daily heat Dock adequate but could be improved by allowing renter to use different location Owner provided grill with charcoal, great outdoor lounge areas
