  • Esta casa recientemente renovada, se encuentra justo en el río. Es una excelente ubicación céntrica, a solo minutos de puertos deportivos, lanchas y restaurantes. Te enamorarás de la vista desde el porche proyectado. El corto viaje al golfo hace que esta propiedad sea muy deseable para la pesca y el festoneado, el muelle le brinda mucho espacio para que su barco salga por la puerta y esté listo para partir. La casa también cuenta con un área de limpieza de peces, lavadora y secadora, todos los electrodomésticos nuevos, colchones nuevos, toallas nuevas, unidad de aire acondicionado nueva, parrilla de gas, cocina completamente equipada, TV vía satélite, WiFi y un colchón inflable adicional. Hacemos nuestro mejor esfuerzo para mantener esta casa a la altura de lo que esperaríamos en nuestra propia casa. * Puedes mantener tu bote amarrado en la casa. *

All accommodations were great very nice. Set up parking at the front door and close to everything. It was nice being able to tour boat up right to the house.

Very nice get away for my husband and I. The house was in a Great location and very convenient to everything. We done a lot of fishing off the pier and caught several fish. The house was equipped with everything we needed and the host was very responsive.

This place is fantastic. It's an excellent combination of old Florida charm with contemporary finishes. The bonus was hitting our limits on Trout and Reds every day we fished.

Our family has stayed at the River house many times over the past several years. We are never disappointed.The location is perfect. The dock is easily accessible for everyone. The house is always clean and comfortable. Alyssa is a wonderful host. She is easy to get in touch with and prompt at addressing any questions.Highly recommend this property. We just got home after 2 weeks of scalloping and are already looking forward to our next stay.

Everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay on the river. One of the closest rentals to the ocean, so your boat ride doesn’t take forever to get there. Definitely recommend for the anglers out there.

This place was great. We had a family of 6 and it worked really good for us. Rooms were nice. Each room has its own ac in it. Beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer worked great. Screened in Back porch was very nice. Dock is super close to the house and has power and water so perfect for washing boat and charging. 24’ boat fit perfectly. Tight fit to get the trailer and 2 cars in the driveway but just let Allysa know and they have other accommodations for trailer parking. Overall was a great place and great location. Will definitely be staying again!

We have stayed in Steinhatchee for years, usually staying at Sea Hag, however this time wanted a place right on the water. This place was exceptional! It’s far enough up the river so getting in and out to the Gulf does not take forever. The remodel was exceptional. We have a 35 foot Cobia and the dock handled it well. We will definitely come back for future stays!We did have to park our trailer down at Sea Hag just due to the length and not wanting to compromise the Parking area.

What an amazing property right on the water! The place was very clean and well put together. Communication with the host was easy. Checking and out processes were a breeze. We felt very welcomed and comfortable during our stay. The boat dock is great. Short boat ride to the marina and the gulf made our fishing trip a huge success. Lounging around in the evenings with friends was the vacation that we all needed. Perfect little cottage on the water with everything you could ask for.
