"This is an amazing stop for anyone riding the Katy (or anyone visiting Hermann). We found it a perfect stop at the end of the long day of riding. It was right off the trail and they made it easy (so we didn't have to go out that day). The communication was great; the place was lovely. We would absolutely stay here anytime I'm visiting this area. "

The Himmel Haus is wonderful. We were able to do laundry & Renee even helped fix a flat tire! She fixed us a delicious breakfast before we hit the trail again. "

"Clean, spacious and accommodating. This open floor plan with lots of natural light was exactly what we needed for our overnight stay while we visited with Family. Lots of history on the walls and the decor complimented it perfectly! My younger kids had so many games to play with, and a lot of of them were vintage, which they got a real kick out of! There was a pop a shot and that was a lot of fun too! We will definitely be coming back! "

We chose this property because it offered bedrooms and baths that were well suited to accommodating 4 adult couples. Overall Bittersweet exceeded our expectations. "This house was perfect for our annual girls trip to Hermann! The house is beautiful inside with 4 king size beds that were so comfortable! All of the amenities from home made this an easy, relaxed weekend. It was two blocks from the market street where all of the shops and restaurants are making it an easy walk. "This farm was the perfect getaway for my family of 5, nephew, and parents. The outdoor activities were endless, and coffee on the porch swing, s’mores over the fire, and hearing the neighboring cows made the weekend so relaxing.
