Wonderful Stay

Great House, great location for skiing!

Perfect for our ski vacation. Good size and great location with a pleasant 10 minute walk to the lifts on the Mountain Sneak Trail. Pleasant surprise to have a Nespresso Vertuo in the kitchen. We also really appreciated that the owner provided ample pantry space--a rarity among short-term rentals. Only quibble is that it would have been nice to have a dresser in the master bedroom. The closet configuration in the master bath was not terribly convenient for two people to use located as it was behind the bathroom door.

Great ski vacation spot with kids and dog

We loved the location and convenient shuttle service offered by steamboat rental company. Very comfortable beds, very clean rooms. Awesome private hot tub and sauna for our aching muscles after a long day of riding. Bathrooms were a bit dated, but clean and functional. Kitchen had Saran Wrap, foil, baggies, a new sponge dish and dishwasher detergent and lots of kitchen towels, but limited spices to cook with (salt and pepper only). Very nice welcome goodies and note/suggestions. Communication with host was great! Very easy check in and check out process. We would definitely stay again, but be more prepared with items we may need to cook. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this property.

Great lodging for a big group

The place was large and spacious enough to accommodate 10 adults. The on-call (via an app) shuttle takes you t and from o the slope and town; it was amazing. The private hot tub and sauna after a day on the slope is perfect. Large heated garage perfect for storing and keeping warm ski gears and boots. A great lodging option for a big group of skiers!

Great condo in perfect location!!

Wonderful condo for skiing in Steamboat! The development is a bit older, but the unit has been updated with all the necessities. The place is very comfortable and well appointed. When we arrived, the unit was spotless which is very important to us. We loved having the shuttle to take us to/from the lifts as well as into town when needed. It was extremely convenient and easy to use. The property management is wonderful and very responsive. Having the hot tub at the condo was really nice as well at the end of the day of skiing. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Wonderful stay in Steamboat Springs

This was a great stay for our family and dog. The townhouse has everything needed for a comfortable stay with a fully stocked kitchen and a grill on the deck to enjoy the beautiful Fall weather. The management company was responsive and easy to work with during our time. We would seek out a stay here again when visiting Steamboat Springs. Highly recommended for families and pet friendly.

Comfortable Pet Friendly Townhome

We were looking for a pet friendly townhome close to the gondola and Waterford 23 fit the bill. Not close enough for us to walk in your ski boots daily (though some tougher than us are probably fine!), but there are ski and boot check places at the base of the mountain so you can just leave your stuff there and easily walk to/from. Townhome was well stocked, very clean and comfortable. Property managers were always easily reachable and helpful. The bus lines are not far away so it is possible to not have a car in Steamboat, but a car just makes getting downtown that much easier.

Great Property

We had a great stay in Steamboat! The property was perfect for our family. We spent our days hiking, cycling and paddle boarding at Stagecoach Res., we saw a mother moose and baby just a short walk from the property. Our evenings were spent enjoying being together in a large and very comfortable home (also watching bear walk by from the deck!) Thank you for sharing your home. We visit Steamboat often and found this to be one of our favorite locations.

A great place to stay while at Steamboat!

Awesome and super-room space for my wife and I while we did some R&R in Steamboat. Next time - post Covid we will be renting this place again with a larger group. HotTub and Sauna was perfect. Well appointed kitchen and lots of room. Exactly what we wanted.

Good get away

We like the property. It had a great feel and was really close to the pool. The only issue that we had is that the unit was listed as a no pets unit but when we got there it had dog hair on the whole main level. We talked to management and they did give us a discount but I would have preferred no hair.

Wonderful condo for summer in Steamboat!

Our family of 7 (kids ages 6-15) had a great time at this property. There was ample space and having 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom was so convenient. We loved having the private hot tub and also enjoyed the pool. The location was fantastic & made it easy to enjoy the wonderful city! The communication was excellent and everything was clean! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Great spot, great location

My family of five + my sister had a wonderful stay at Waterford 23. The decor is super cute, there was room for us all to spread out and the kids LOVED the bunk room. Bonus points for being right next to the heated pool and having a private hot tub in the property so the adults could hang out after bedtime. There's also an easy walking path that takes you to the ski area that we walked and rode our bikes on. We'd love to come back this winter since it's so close to the slopes. Overall, awesome place to stay in Steamboat and lots of communication with Steamboat Lodging Company!
