Great for families

Brad was great with answering all the questions we had. The place was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The hot tubes and pool were great for after a day of snowboarding. The shuttle was easy too. I would recommend some updates to the place, such as new flooring or updated carpet, and some of the furniture. Other than that, it was clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend!

Convenient and Comfortable

We loved this property for the convenience of getting to the slopes. The shuttle service that ran continuously from Trappeurs to the Transit Center was a huge perk. We came back to the condo for a lunch break every day rather than deal with the covid restrictions of on-mountain dining. We could be back in the condo in less than 10 minutes from the base of the mountain. It was also a very easy walk (1 block) to the village and nearby restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tubs and heated pool. We did not rent a car this year but the garage parking is nice too. Everything in the condo was as described and in good condition. Thanks for another fun week in Steamboat!

Really enjoyed !

Property was just as described, easy check in and very clean. The ski lockers were very helpful and the location was great for easy access to the slopes. Sometimes the key cards didn’t work on the garage door, but the solution was just to use it on the entrance door that was right next to the parking garage door and then just push the button to open the garage door. We had another drawback, but it had nothing to do with management or the property really. When a snow squall comes in and dumps inches of snow, the snow plows run all night. With lights, beeping and scraping. Ugh. Our rooms were on the first floor, so all the noise and lights might be better on upper floors. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful hot tubs and everyone was very nice ! I highly recommend.

The key mailed To us did not work. We thought it was because it was not yet 4pm but discovered it was not keyed correctly and had to have the front desk give us new keys. We waited in lobby and around town with luggage for a few hours that were unnecessary if keys had worked properly. Except for that stay was nice. Hot tub was wonderful. Trappers Shuttle service was excellent

Wonderful Week in Steamboat!

Our family of four made our first visit to the Steamboat area for a wedding and couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. The condo was perfect for what we needed - a comfortable, clean, relaxing space with a pool and a grill in a convenient location. We can't wait to visit again! PS-special thanks for Brad for including a week's worth of perfect weather!

Kids Soccer Trip

Excellent location close to sports fields. The property owner was very quick to repsond with any question. The condo was a perfect choice for my family. AC unit in the condo was a blessing with the high temps. Will definitely stay again if kids sports bring us back that way.

Beautiful place with great location and amenities!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Steamboat. The condo was very clean and well stocked with towels/linens when we arrived. The property manager responded quickly to my request for a pack and play. We liked having the ski/snowboard locker and hot tub area close by. It was the perfect set-up for a week in the mountains. You really can't beat the location and shuttle service. Very impressed, once again! Looking forward to returning and (hopefully) staying in the complex again. Thanks for everything!

Great easy location to mountain skiing

Great location, very clean, kitchen had everything imaginable, ski lockers were super convenient, excellent book of reviews of things to do and best of steamboat activities, shuttle service was fantastic and super convenient, loved having the car parked in a warm garage- everything about this place was “easy”. Mattress in the master could use updating and temperature throughout was inconsistent but overall a very pleasant, convenient, quiet place to stay. Reservation and communication with owner was easy and he was very quick and responsive to all my inqueries.

It was the perfect place to enjoy the mountain.

The condo was great for our family of 5. The photos online accurately depicted what the place is like and we had enough room to spread out. The condo was fully furnished and the kitchen was stocked with all you would expect. The beds were comfortable, and place was clean. The covered parking was worth its weight in gold, and the kids loved the hot tub/pool. The location was a bit of a hike with ski gear so we chose to make the short drive to the base of the mountain. (It is not too far, just farther than we wanted to walk with gear.) The owner was accessible and accommodating, and the place was even ready sooner than promised. We will look to stay there again next year.

Clean convenience

Very clean, convenient condo. First time to steamboat & shuttle service to base, town very easy! Only suggestion would be more lighting in condo :) It has basic necessities as well. Not fancy, but would def stay in same condo again.

Great vacation!

LOVED the transportation that was available not only to the mountain but around town. The location of the condo is perfect incase you want to walk instead of ride. Our only issue was that the key card that was sent to us in the mail didn't work to get into the garage or condo so we had to go to the front desk upon arrival.

Clean and conveniently located

Condo was very clean and within walking distance to the ski resort. I appreciated finding basic spices, sugar, etc. in the cupboard, as well as laundry detergent. Owners were very responsive to questions I had and a pleasure to rent from. Will definitely be back.

Great condo to enjoy with friends & family!

We enjoyed this condo a great deal! We spent almost a week there & really enjoyed being able to relax each night at the indoor/outdoor pool & 4 hot tubs! It's located close to everything in Steamboat. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The A/C is just a single unit in the living room & it got pretty hot during the day so the bedrooms were a little warm to sleep in but each room had a fan so it was tolerable for the most part after we had the fans on for awhile. The electronic Key cards for the condo door & parking garage access were sometimes a little difficult to get to work, but wasn't a huge inconvenience just a little frustrating like technology can be sometimes. All in all it's a great place with a very helpful & responsive rental agent. I would definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Steamboat! Thanks so much Bradley!

A hop, skip and a jump from excellent Steamboat Skiing

We just returned from a great holiday family ski week at Trapper's Crossing/Timberline lodge in Steamboat Springs, CO. Our realtor Brad did a great job organizing us, helping get us set up in the unit and showing us all the amenities ahead of time. Timberline includes frequent shuttles to Steamboat Gondola and on-demand shuttles to/from Steamboat downtown and everywhere in between. No car required during the entire trip and the unit had everything a family of 5 needed for the entire week. Turnkey, we'll be back. Thanks.

Nice Place and Location

Nicely appointed condo in good proximity to Steamboat base. 3rd bedroom with bunk beds is fine but best for small children. Manager does a great job and is very helpful.

Had a great stay in Steamboat Condo

Had a great stay in Steamboat. The condo was updated, nicely decorated, and clean. Kitchen had all the basic utensils and requirements for our week long stay. Washer and dryer was very handy. We stayed at the beginning of August and although it did have air conditioning, it wasn't central air so the whole condo didn't cool down a great deal during the day. But for the most part we were out and about enjoying the outdoors anyways. At night would sleep with the windows opened. Owner did have several fans available if you wished to use them. Easy to get around town to the various locations. Didn't use the pool, but did use the barbecue grills that were provided as well. Didn't have a need to contact the owner while there, but received all necessary information prior to our arrival and everything went as planned. Advise a trip to Strawberry Park Natural Hot Springs. Short drive, beautiful setting. Farmers market Saturday morning is a great treat. Tubing down the Yampa river is a MUST. Go late morning for best time. Hiking trail for Mad Creek takes you to a renovated barn. First 200yds is a jaunt, but after that it's pretty easy and great for family hike. Pearl Lake is absolutely beautiful. Bring your own paddle board, no marina at this lake but it has the best views. Take a picnic and enjoy the scenery. Steamboat Lake has a marina where you can rent standup paddle boards and boats. AVA rafting in Kremmling (45min drive) has a float trip for families down the Colorado River. Overall great stay and nice condo.
