Hello Jessica, While we appreciate you sharing your experience, we would like to note a few steps that took place on our behalf that led to this outcome. Upon receiving report of the unit's condition, we were advised you had already spent an hour cleaning the area and that you did not wish for us to send housekeeping back. We have procedures for these scenarios in which we request photos from our guests of the condition of the unit and dispatch housekeeping to first remedy the problem. As we were not provided photos and not permitted to send housekeeping to clean the areas on your behalf, along with the fact that we had two separate arrival inspectors check the unit and confirm the cleaning met our requirements, we were unable to offer reimbursement.
