The Condo was perfect for our family weekend! The hot tub made skiing legs recovery very enjoyable! The ability to walk to gondola and chair lifts made our skiing vacation super convenient!

Nice condo in a great location

The condo was nice and clean, and very well appointed. Loved the gas fireplace. The beds were comfy. The water pressure was great, and hot water did not run out! Short walk to main square.

Great location!

The location was fantastic! A short trip to the slopes. We enjoyed our stay and slept 7 comfortably. The skiers enjoyed the hot tubs and convenient location.

Great Location!

Wonderful property! Very clean and a short 2-3 minute walk to the slopes, shops, bars and restaurants. Suited our family of 5 perfectly. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay!

Spacious, clean, coz, and perfect for our family of 4! It was a 5 minute walk to the slopes and village! Also close to some restaurants/shops! We would absolutely stay here again!

Top Tier Stay!

The condo is everything you could ask for in a stay - great location in a gated community a short walk to the gondola, well furnished with attractive decor and quality furniture. Plenty of space for 6-8 people and very clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Family Spot

The condo felt like being in a tree house tucked away from the rest of the complex. Great water pressure and firm beds. Easy walk to lifts, restaurants, and ski rentals. The shuttle was so quick and easy for our group of 5 to get to and from town for dinner one night. Thank you for sharing your home!

Perfect family vacation

This is a beautiful property, it nicely furnished and conveniently located to services and the ski slopes. It is located right next the pool which was so convenient for the kids. The hot tubs and sauna are only a few feet feom the door and the ski storage room is located directly below this unit. We were able to walk for groceries and dinner and the gondola is only an 8-minute walk

Steamboat

Perfect property and location. One thing though - one vehicle parking is a problem for families that come from different locations usually more than one vehicle and paid parking is limited to hrs way less than 24hrs. That was a challenge to us to get up early in the morning and find parking somewhere else with the same deal the next day…

Great condo, great location, perfect stay!

We loved our stay here and would love to come back for a Winter stay! The owners are so kind, and we were able to work with them and Evolve to rebook our original dates after our car broke down on I-70 half way there. The Condo is perfectly furnished and decorated, very comfortable and has everything you could need for a great stay. Everything was clean and ready for us as expected. The location at the base on the mountain is perfect - it took us less than 5 minutes to walk to the gondola, less than 5 minutes to drive downtown and there is a shuttle stop right at The Lodge. I would give this stay more than 5 stars if I could and highly recommend for anyone traveling to the Steamboat area!

Convenient Location w/ amenities

Myself and four friends stayed at the lodge for a ski trip. The space was good for 5-6 people. It would be a little cramped for 7 or 8. This property is close walking proximity to the resort and right next to a brewery. The hot tubs are a nice feature after skiing but can get crowded later in the day. The beds were firm but not terrible. The shuttle was convenient for going downtown for dinner.

Location is great, very firm beds

The location is great - easy walk to the gondola, and a market right next door too. The unit is also convenient in that it's only on second floor and it's just steps away from one set of the hot tubs. The unit itself is nice but we would not stay there again due to the beds - they are extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were also not great. Also the wifi is very bad (as far as we knew it's just the wifi for the entire complex, not separate) and even cell service doesn't work well in most of the condo - I had to stand by a window for a call or it would drop.

Excellent Experience

Our stay was great! The house was clean and well maintained. There were plenty of towels, soaps, coffee k-cups and other free amenities that made the stay feel high quality and worry free. The guest contact was quick to respond. Heated pool and jacuzzi are steps out the front door and the lift is a short <5 min walk away. Would definitely stay here to ski again! The only annoyance is that the beds are very firm. Also, because this is an Evolve property there are way too many cooks in the kitchen. Evolve, the lodge team, the guest contact, which is often not even the homeowner. Be sure to reach out to the correct party if you have a question. This is inherent in Evolves business model and you will receive 20 emails from different people leading up to your stay. Lovely home, but over-complicated service.

Comfortable, Great location, host accommodated situation

Condo was clean and as expected! No real view but cozy in the trees. only downer... wasn't Impressed with outdoor hottub Location was easy access to walking path. We walked easily to the Base of the lifts with our 8 and 10 yr old no issue. When there was a water pipe issue in another unit that affected this rental until. Owner and Evolve worked to find a solution. Happy With outcome
