Inside this third-floor vacation rental, the living room offers plenty of seating options around the cozy, gas fireplace and the flatscreen TV. Prepare full-course dinners in the well-equipped kitchen complete with granite countertops and a breakfast bar. Dine together at the table for six, or stroll outside onto your furnished, private balcony to enjoy the view. Some of the amenities at Canyon Creek include a fitness room, storage lockers, a heated, outdoor pool, and a large hot tub.

    Catch the complimentary shuttle at your convenience to hit the slopes at Gondola Square or sample the pubs and nightlife available downtown. Experience the relaxing and therapeutic qualities of some of the area's natural hot springs. A skiing vacay

The condo was perfect. Staff was lovely and the hot tub/pool was great! The mountain was super close and the shuttles were timely and convenient. The condo had laundry which was amazing, although the dryer squeaks some when it’s on. It was perfect for our family and we would totally stay here again.

Great for family ski

Stayed here with my 5 and 7 year old and it worked great! They were in the room with the twins and we had a king. We loved the hot tub and loved that we could walk to Gondola Square. We have stayed at Canyon Creek two years in a row because it works so well!

Condo met our needs. Needs a new couch and chair. Seating was not comfortable. Shuttle to the ski area was very convenient.

Great location, clean, well laid-out, spacious apartment

We had a great time on our family ski trip. We are a family of 5 with kids 12-20yo. The apartment is nice and spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The balcony overlooks lower Burgess Creek which was beautiful with all the snow. We loved having a washer/dryer, ski locker in the garage, and a parking spot. The condo is very convenient to the mountain. We would love to stay again if we are lucky enough to return to Steamboat.

Lovely, private condo

Condo sits adjacent to Burgess Creek and the sound of the rushing creek is soothing with the windows open. New carpet through out makes this older condo seem refreshed. Pool and hot tub have been recently renovated with makes it ideal for adults and the child in us. Kitchen is suitably stocked with most necessities. Will return.

Great location

This condo was great for my family's ski vacation. You are about a block to the gondola which we easily walked in our ski boots. The outdoor heated pool was a big hit for my little kids and we enjoyed the covered parking since it snowed a lot during our visit. The beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for a family of 4. I would say the living room furniture was a little worn, so i'm glad we didn't need the pull out couch. And I think it would have been nice to have a bigger TV to watch after a long day skiing, but overall I think this is a great choice for a trip to steamboat!

Comfortable & Convenient

We used to live in Steamboat so we’re familiar with location & even looked at a unit for sale. Our family lives in Steamboat and a son near Boulder. We found it very convenient for walking or driving to those locations. Enjoyed several + restaurants so only ate breakfast at the condo & sometimes lunch. Liked Hot Tub. Might make card entry to garage more convenient. Could barely reach it. We found the property & condo to be lovely.

The room was very well furnished, and I would call out the kitchen had new appliances and great cookware. The outdoor hot tub was a hit with the family, and the underground parking was also nice.For the price, this unit was perfect!

Close to Gondola

Canyon Creek Condo is a great stay and close to the Steamboat Gondola. Condo was nice and includes a fireplace and a patio. We had snowfall during our entire stay, it was Beautiful. We also liked the Garage for parking!

Canyon Creek Condo 305

The beds were very comfortable. Having a washer dryer was so convenient. The Vacasa shuttle service to town was fantastic and the drivers all very friendly. The condo carpet was stained though and the frying pans all scratched up needed replacing. Also the toaster levers were broken and needed replacing as well. Overall the condo was nice but living room furnishings a bit worn.

Great location near local small grocer, Christy Sports Rentals and such an easy walk to Gondola. Easy check in process. Elevators in building to help with move-in/out. Clean and well stocked condo.

Condo was in a great location! Wish it had some sort of pantry area for food storage as we bring most of our meals along with us. Overall great condo and location!

Close to Gondola, Decent Place

This place was close to the gondola, had easy indoor parking, and a nice heated swimming pool and hot tub. The unit itself was okay... the finishes were older, the carpet probably nearing the end of its life, and the kitchen stuff (beyond plates/glasses/utensils, which were fine) were a bit of a mish-mash. It was among the least expensive options, so that was fine. Very clean otherwise and the beds were pretty good.

Get away in Steamboat

Small family group getting away together. Condo was pleasant, well furnished and provided great access to the slopes for those intent on snow sports. Only complaint is not directed at management, but at fellow guests who selfishly refused to wear masks in the common areas of the complex during a time the Omicron variant of COVID is surging throughout Colorado, and especially in ski resort counties - like Routt.

Great place and location!

It was a really nice condo in a great location right next to the ski slopes. Everything was comfortable and clean. The only thing we couldn't figure out was the AC, so it got hot during the day, but fans and opening windows helped.

Good place to stay.

The place was clean and the location is good. The beds were clean and comfortable. Our grandson made good use of the pool. There is no A/C which is typical for the mountains, but there are plenty of fans to keep the place comfortable in hot weather. The only thing that keeps this from being a five star was some of the kitchen items. Very worn pots and pans, dull knives, broken can opener and no sponge. We would stay here again.

Great Condo, Close to Base

Very nice condo in a newer, well-kept community. Condo has almost everything we needed while enjoying our Steamboat vacation. Kitchen is fully stocked, lots of pillows and extra linens were available. Furniture was comfortable and there is a nice view from the deck. In fact, we saw a small brown bear roaming through the meadow behind the building. Bell hop cart, elevator and underground parking made checking in and checking out a breeze. Only minor suggestion we had was to supply 4 umbrellas in the coat closet, it rained every day we were there and didn't think to bring umbrellas.

Very nice!

This was a very nice, clean and well kept unit very close to the mountain. Only downside was how to do the hot tub reservations....kind of a disaster because it was done through another website. NOT GOOD!
