I appreciate the guest being candid, but want to address a few of his concerns. First we are not associated with the Four Seasons brand that he is alluding to and never do we promote ourselves under this brand. We are Four Seasons Steamboat, a family run mom and pop business based in Steamboat Springs. Next, he paid a very reasonable per night fee for a brand new and newly furnished 4 bedroom home, VRBO won't let me publish the rate. We QC all of our housekeepers work and to call a brand new refrigerator very dirty and brand new towels dirty and rough, I am just not sure what to say as they have only been used maybe 1 or 2 other times since this is a brand new rental. The grill is a Blackstone grill/griddle, not a camp stove and we will make this noted on the listing for future guests (did not realize this would be a negative). I would have been more than happy to point him in the right direction for the fireplace and firepit had he called and asked (switches on the wall). As far as the noise, this is a brand new neighborhood which we mention in the listing, but as of this month and for the foreseeable future, there is not any construction going on directly adjacent to this home. Lastly, the owner decided last minute to leave his truck (not a construction workers truck) on one side of his garage. I am sorry this was missed in our communication but unless you both had oversized SUV's, the driveway is plenty big enough to have one car on one side and the other in the garage and still be able to get in and out. This guest stayed with us for just 2 nights, and of course customer satisfaction is our goal as well as a positive guest experience. I wish he would have reached out when he was in town so we could have addressed some of his concerns.
