Relaxing Steamboat getaway

Nice quiet location. Because the owners also stay there occasionally, the kitchen is extremely well equipped. Lots of dishes and glasses, even a salad spinner. Great selection of books in the full bookcases in the dining area.

Great Property, Poor Property Management

We loved the location of the condo, and it was exactly as pictured. The bedroom was comfortable, and we loved the proximity to the mountain and the hot tub. A few issues. The heat did not work in the living and kitchen area. We contacted property management several times and were told someone would contact us, but no one did. After 48 hours without heat and many messages to property management, we were told we would be compensated for the lack of heat. That’s great, but it did not keep us warm during our stay. We gave them permission to come into the condo at any time to look into the issue, but they did not feel it was necessary to look into the issue. We also asked for instructions for the fireplace since it was not working either, but property management never responded to that request. Minor issue: we received three full size bath towels and zero pool towels for the two of us. The listing mentions pool towels being available and when we asked property management, they did not respond. Overall, excellent property and location as long as you don’t have an issues that require property management support.

Convenient Steamboat Springs Condo

We enjoyed a week in this condo & would consider staying here again, except for the washer/dryer issue. When we booked, we could see that there was a washer/dryer in the unit, but when I contacted Vacasa a few days before our arrival, we were told we could not use the washer/dryer in the unit. That set off a panic and frustration, but it got resolved, because when we arrived the washer/dryer was in place and usable. The kitchen equipment was plentiful for cooking, the bed was comfortable, & the Xfinity wifi & TV service was great.

Quaint Condo

Condo was great for our short get a way. Very clean and easy to get to. Not really a ski in/ski out but access to the slopes via shuttle was simple and could’ve been walked if needed.

The perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy!

Thanks so much for providing such a warm and wonderful place to stay while in Steamboat Springs. The home was very tidy and clean. The location is incredibly convenient to all areas. It felt like a little home away from home.

We had everything we needed when staying here. We were able to get an early check in and late check out which was nice! It was convenient to have two separate sink areas in the bathroom.

Quiet Cozy Place great for two!

We liked the property it was comfortable for 2 people, quiet, bed was super comfortable, parking was right next to the steps (only 1 flight up), great hot water and water pressure. A few little things need attention; 1) The washer makes your clothes smell like mildew - please consider cleaning once a season 2) The comforter had black marks / stains on the left side as you are looking at the bed from the foot. 3) One of the closet doors would not open 4) The Glass shower doors are not aligned and will make contact with each other when trying to get in/out ... felt like they were going to break if we were not really careful.

Very Nice Unit

Very pleased with the unit. Shuttle to the mountain is great. Return trip not so much. Overhead tenants were respectful of the fact that someone was below them, but a noisy neighbor could be an issue.
