  • Enjoy the rustic touches and unique layout of this mountain condo sitting in the heart of Steamboat Springs. With stunning valley views from the private balcony, each morning can be spent with a warm mug of coffee as the sun comes up. Regardless of whether you use your days to shred fresh powder or hike along pristine trails, the shared hot tub and sauna will assist in soothing sore legs. When everyone builds up an appetite, the fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to make delicious meals and midday snacks between adventures! Not to mention, the kids will love the spiral staircase leading up to the loft, as they will have their own space to play each night!

    WHAT'S NEARBY
    Guests will be spoiled with a stay in Steamboat Springs with easy access to the slopes, unlimited hiking trails, and amazing restaurants mere steps from their front door. In the winter, let the free shuttle service whisk you around town to the main attractions. Come summer, the golfers of the group will love heading over to Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course for a round of 18 each morning. Hiking trails like Fish Creek Falls will give each guest their fill of natural beauty and the kids will have a blast at Old Town Hot Springs or Amaze'n Steamboat Family Fun Park. Fun getaway

This condo was perfect for our family getaway. Two bedrooms plus the loft gave everyone a place to sleep and a bit of space to themselves. Nicely located. Great view from the balcony.

Nice condo in a prime location!

This condo was super clean and had all the right furniture for our family. The balcony had a nice breeze and great views, and the location is walkable to local restaurant, market and brewpub. Overall we would definitely rent this condo again!

Family trip to steamboat

We had a good time. We did a shorter trip with 4 days of skiing total. We liked the location. The loft area was a bonus for my kids to sleep and have some space during down time. Having a kitchen was a place to make breakfast before heading out. Finding the building was pretty easy. Walking out to a run was a short walk and can ski right down to Steamboat gondola.

Great winter vacation spot

Fantastic vacation spot! My core 4 family plus daughter-in-law thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo facility that was located about a 50 meter walk then short ski to Steamboat Gondola. All of the furniture and bedding in this unit was comfy plus the kitchen had all the cookware and other necessities needed if you like the option of cooking your meals instead of going out to eat. Having additional loft area was a big plus, it was great to have 3 separate sleeping areas. If mobility is an issue, consider that the condo is located on the 4th floor without an elevator. Having the ski locker downstairs helped out a lot.

Great place - but better communication would help

Place was great and ski in ski out terrific Would give the place a 5 star rating but two big misses on Vacasa's partWe arrived in steamboat at 1 pm and had asked repeatedly ahead of time if we could store our luggage ahead of the 4 pm checkin. Answer was always a flat no so we lugged it around for 3 hours and then found out that we could have stored it at the front desk. Also they never told us there was a shuttle so we paid for Ubers until we found out on our ownOtherwise the unit was great in all respects.

Annual family ski outing family of 5

For our annual ski outing my family of 5 (all 18+ years old) looks for a place that offers ski in/out access with good wifi, a gas fireplace, and a kitchen so that we can eat breakfast and lunch without spending a fortune. We spend as much time as possible on the slopes and enjoy the ease of coming and going without the need for a car or shuttle. This property offered all of those things. The condo was clean, roomy, and comfortable. Check-in was easy and access to the slopes was a very reasonable walk across the parking lot and up a small hill where you can ski/board down the bottom of the main slope that takes you to both gondolas and the main ski village. There was locker storage in the building for our skis and two Christy Sports ski equipment shops close by as well. Several restaurants and a small grocery store were also within a reasonable walking distance if you don't want to take the car. Parking was available for our rental vehicle and the ride from Denver airport was about 3 hrs. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the ski resort and would recommend it to others.

Location and comfort

Completely as advertised, great morning access to gondola after three minute walk, 100 yards on skis and off you go. Place was really really comfortable with an awesome gas grill.

Very good

Nice unit. Not quite as well stocked as some others we have been to, but still very good. Bed pillows aren't great, but again, livable. Members of our party (we were four adults, and two kids) who used it loved the outdoor hot tubs. Views from this unit are great. We appreciated the fireplace too.

No need to take any transportation although it was available. From desk personnel very nice, helpful and friendly. We love the fact laundry 🧺 was just a few steps away. Kitchen although small well equipped. Charming villa!!! Will definitely come back again.
