My father-in-law stayed in this unit he was more than pleased, everything he needed was there it was very comfortable, beautifully furnished!! Beautiful view of the mountain!

Love Steamboat & this is a GREAT option for a stay

My husband & I decided to semi last minute go to one of our fave mountain towns, Steamboat. Love the character and ambience of the town & mountain - it can be upscale but not snobby like a Vail or Aspen. Skiing is usually phenomenal. One drawback is the lack of hotels if you’re going just for a couple days. Found this locale and a great appeal was the not as exorbitant cleaning fees. Although not right on the mountain or in town, this is a great location, convenient to everything. Shuttle to ski is great, Running continuously and with no other stops. Unit was very nice, as was property. If I were to be nitpicky, it will probably need some updating in the next couple years. Also def needs more hot tubs for the number of units. But overall an excellent unit, property and stay. Def would return.

Great room with Murphy bed. Awesome huge 20 person hot tub.

Room was very nice and the Murphy bed is a welcome change from the standard pull out couch. It made a one bedroom work perfectly for two guys. The giant hot tub was great to wind down after skiing. Shuttle to and from the mountain was quick and easy. Bus stop downtown is a quick 200 meter walk. I also loved the heated underground garage, especially during heavy snow. I’ll definitely stay again.

Clean, nice accommodation for skiing

The property was clean and roomy for a one bedroom. The condo was in very good condition, and had everything we needed for a two night stay. We only ate a cold breakfast and snacks in the unit. The shuttle service to the mountain is frequent and easy to use. Before 8am, after 5:30pm, or if you wish to go somewhere other than Gondola Square, you need to drive yourself, or utilize some other service such as Uber, Lyft, or a taxi.

Hit the jackpot!!

Everyone at check in was just great. The Presidential 2Br 3 Ba was just perfect. Decor was beautiful and the private hot tub on our deck probably the best I have experienced for 4 people!! Hope to return!!

Professional

A very nicely maintained timeshare property. We stayed in a 1 bedroom condo, with our child sleeping on the couch in the living room. Since the condo was huge, it was no problem at all. Everything was very professional, with all the pros and cons. No clutter and locked owner's closets, plenty of amenities - which we didn't have time to use. We just used the ski bus and the garage. The kitchen had only minimum supplies - one skillet, three pots, 6 plates, a few glasses and bowls. This means running the dishwasher all the time as you run out of dishes after almost every meal. And since the dishwasher is loud and we had a kid sleeping in the open plan kitchen / living area, this wasn't convenient. As for groceries: A teeny salt and pepper shaker, like you used to get them on airplanes. No other spices or condiments, so don't forget to bring a dash of oil or some ketchup if you're planning to cook. A bit of coffee and tea, a coffeemaker, enough to survive. We'll be back, and bring our own cooking supplies.

A great family condo

We shared several meals with our kids and grandkids and thoroughly enjoy having everyone over and a place to cook and relax. The only bugaboo was our check in which was 2 hours late. I had a cooler full of food and the temperature outside was less than 20 degrees. The meat thawed and the vegetables froze. That was a little testy, but once we were admitted in, it was fabulous. The inside garage is a plus!
