Great location, great price
Though the building is a bit dated, the condo itself is newly renovated. Clean, easy to be there, lots of amenities. The only odd thing is that there is a window between the two bedrooms with curtains that you can sort of see through. If you are looking for privacy, you might be disappointed.

Stayed a month
The condo was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. It's located a 15 minute walk from town on a paved trail. The patio and grill made eating outdoors while watching the sunset a regular evening experience. Roni gave us lots of suggestions to make the month a real home away from home stay.

Good place to stay
Good place for a couple to stay in Steamboat. Location was good and we enjoyed the sunsets on the patio. Was disappointed to have to purchase toilet paper as only two rolls were provided. Also found only two skillets which made cooking difficult; one very small skillet, and one very abused and dirty cast iron skillet that has lost all its seasoning. Never received any communication from owner/manager - no major issues though. Overall great value, would probably stay here again if in area.

Warm and cozy place to stay

Steamboat Condo in July 2019
Very nice little condo conveniently located close to downtown Steamboat and on the free shuttle line. Older condo building but unit has been upgraded. Kitchen is especially nice. We would like to come back and try it this winter! The no dog policy is somewhat funny since just about everyone living in the complex has dogs.

Walkable to downtown and quit at night
Perfect! Walked downtown or along the Yampa River path most mornings for a great start to the day. The paved trail to downtown is close by and although it is mostly uphill on the way back, the walk is nice. We enjoyed ourselves and would like to visit again! We did not communicate with the property manager (we sent an email when we checked in with our car details), although we provided our check in details, nothing else was needed.

Overall we had a great stay. Owners were responsive about any issues we had. Very quite unit (didn’t hear neighbors or partying). Nice assortment of dishes and linens. Awesome view of the mountain!

Perfect Ski Trip!
We had the best week in Steamboat! The bus picks you up right out front. You can ride it straight to the slopes, or to town. The condo had everything we needed to feel at home. We made dinner there almost every night and even had a cozy fire. We enjoyed watching the sunrise/sunset off the porch. We felt like a local by the end of the week! We went to Strawberry Park twice! Great spot, great town! We will be back! Thanks for having us :)

Nice place, centrally located.
This place is as described: cute, cozy and quiet. Plus it is close to downtown. Great kitchen! We had everything we needed and then some. The mattress was not our favorite (memory foam) but I am sure that other folks won't mind it (my wife has a very bad back and needed a different type of support). All in all, a great place to stay. Highly recommend it to others.

Conveniently located Steamboat condo
Great space for our 2 person winter vacay. Well-stocked kitchen and bathroom toiletries. Owners responded immediately to our questions on how to use the DVD setup. Wood pile was stocked so we could use the fireplace, however it looked like the fireplace had not been cleaned recently and ash bucket was full! Condo was quiet, may have more street noise in summer as it is on the ground floor and patio faces the road.

Perfect!
The perfect place to stay in town. Wow. We LOVED the beautiful kitchen and the pillows were so comfy! Amenities were everywhere and the fireplace was lovely. We are heading back as soon as we can!

Nicely renovated condo
Roomy condo with some nice new renovations. I stayed in summer, and it was easily walking distance down to the shops and restaurants in town. I really enjoyed time out the porch, whether for coffee at dawn or dinner at sunset.

Fall At Its Finest
This was my first visit back to Andrew and Roni's condo since their remodel. What a difference! I was pleased to discover a completely new bath and kitchen area. The kitchen is light and spacious, boasts heated floors and all new appliances. The bathroom is modern and stylish. The condo now also has a brand new full size washer and dryer set. I really liked this place before, but now it will be my go-to spot when I stay in Steamboat. I love the location. It is far enough from town to be quiet on busy nights, yet close enough to walk or ride down to main street in a matter of minutes. We left the car parked at the condo lot and rode to and from town every day of our stay. The ride home is steep, so those not used to altitude may want to consider driving or using e-bikes. The residents of this building also add to the charm of the place. Staying here you will run into real Steamboat locals who are extremely friendly and can also provide the low down on all the hidden gems that Steamboat has to offer.

Steamboat weekend
My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and felt very comfortable in the condo. It was very clean and had many amenities. We were on the go so didn’t use kitchen as we usually do. It isn’t fancy but offered everything we needed for the soccer weekend.

Thank you for staying with us. We are happy that you enjoyed our unit. Our HOA has been working on capital improvement: our roof was just replaced last year, and are looking towards improving the interior. Our neighborhood and HOA working really hard together to make it a great place to live!

Good location to enjoy Steamboat Sprngs
A nice condo located close to the city. Steamboat is hilly, but walkable. We spent a week at the condo in July to cool down from our summer heat. We did notice one of the prior renters of this property suggested a fan in the bedroom, and we would agree with that, as the temps in Steamboat kept rising. Overall, a great experience. Owner was very responsive and pleasant to deal with.

Comfortable and quiet
I enjoyed my stay. The location was convenient, with a yellow-line bus stop right across the street and a trail nearby that took me right down the hill into town. The apartment had all the conveniences I needed, and when I had one question, my hosts responded immediately and resolved the issue within an hour.

Nice ski condo!
The building is old, but this condo is very nicely updated! It was spacious, clean and we had everything we needed to make breakfast before heading out for skiing. It's a great location - right between downtown and the ski resort. Great stay, we would go back!

Clean but chilly
This condo is well equipped & clean. However when the night time temperature dropped below 12° the space never warmed above 65°. We cranked up the thermostat to 72° & three days later it read 68°, although when we compared another thermometer that reading was still 66°. The owners responded to our discomfort suggesting using their space heater which certainly helped in the bedroom but could never handle a larger space.

We are sorry for the confusion our heated floor thermostat had created. We have two thermostats, and the one near the door is only for the heated floor, and it is confusing to our guests. We will improve our instructions for our guests. Thanks for the feedback!

Great little condo in steamboat
The condo was is a good location - short drive to town and to the slopes. Easy parking. Very clean. Nice well eqippied kitchen (needs some wine glasses though). We'll definitely stay here again.

Perfect size for our family of 5!
We have 3 young boys... and this place was PERFECT. Plenty of bedding/beds for all. Unit is actually bigger than we thought it would be! Kitchen had absolutely everything we needed... and we cook a lot. Easy drive to the mountains for skiing. The owner, Roni, was AMAZING and incredibly helpful. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Little Getaway!
Andrew and Roni have a wonderful place I can't wait to go back to. Their place has a contemporary kitchen and bathroom (it made me reconsider renovations to my own home). The fireplace, small balcony, and xbox made it a cozy home away from home. The property is a short drive to downtown Steamboat Springs. Everything was clean and in great condition. We will be back!

Perfect getaway with cozy fireplace!
I have stayed at this condo several times now both in the summer and winter and it's been great every time!! The apartment is always clean and comfortable with a cozy fire place. The apartment complex is very quite and close to stores and down town. Also close to the hot springs and great trails for hiking, snowshoeing or skiing. I will for sure come back!

Good price and reasonable space
Owners were quick to respond to questions and accommodation was as described. There is a significant draft from the sliding door that doesn't line up all the way but the heat and/or fireplace was sufficient to keep the place warm.

Thank you for your feedback. We learnt a previous service call didn't correct the issue you described here, and it actually made the door easier to slide off track. We have adjusted the setting to prevent it from happening again!

Remodeled/Updated condo
My husband and I spent 4 nights here and chose this condo because it has been recently remodeled and is somewhat close to downtown. We did not want to stay on the mountain and there are few rental properties downtown. The property was easy to find, the building itself is worn and dated but the condo was very clean, comfortable with new appliances, nice furnishings and an extremely comfortable bed. The floor plan is interesting: the bedroom does not have an exterior wall so the windows face into the ell of the living room. We easily went back and forth to town, rode bikes and hiked. Though there is traffic going by in the morning and evening, the rest of the time was quiet. The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware etc. though could use another sauce pan for those of us who stay in for meals! Overall a very pleasant stay.

Remodeled condo very comfortable
Although the remodeling on the condo had not had the finishing touches applied, it was very near completion and seemed all brand new--all new appliances, new kitchen, and new bathroom. It was spacious for just the two of us and we'll furnished. The condo is in a large complex, but had easy access (one flight of stairs). It is an easy, quick drive to all of Steamboat's.attractions. We had a comfortable, relaxing stay.

Comfortable and well organized
We enjoyed our stay there. The place had high functionality, was well organized and stocked with organic items. We appreciated these touches- very thoughtful. Linens were left in the dryer when we arrived. Better cleaners are needed, as noted in other reviews. The floors needed some attention.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are very sorry that our cleaning is not to the expectation, and we have had a word with our cleaner and manager to address the cleaning issue we seen in the fall. We now has a tested method to track our cleaning.
