PLEASE NOTE: Storm Meadows East Slopeside building is located on a hillside, entered from the parking lot on the 6th floor. The elevator only services floors 4 - 6. Stairs must be taken to access the slopes and hot tub on the 1st floor.

Location is great!
If it weren’t for the fantastic location, this condo would receive a lower rating. It is very old, carpet coming up entering into kitchen, blinds in the master bedroom don’t cover the entire window, so no privacy and security light shines in all night. Maintenance did come and give temporary solutions that worked. Master bedroom mattress is very saggy in the middle. Kitchen well stocked and we loved the view out the sliding glass door of the slopes. Outdoor fire pit and slope side hot tub were lovely. Parking was limited and on Saturday night there were not enough spaces. The ski in ski out was fantastic!

Great location
We had a great stay here. The property could use an update (and a new mattress in the master), but we weren't in the unit long enough to care that much.

Bad Info and poor Site Can I give Zero Stars?
I rented this place and was informed it had an outdoor heated pool and a fitness facility. Both were not true. There is a small Hot tub down on the ground floor but no pool.
When I questioned this at check in the person behind the counter smirked and shrugged and told me to use the Old Town Hot Springs. Needless to say I was upset. One of the reasons we booked this place was the pool. But that was a lie. You can see that this is listed to the left. No These people are lying!
Also, the unit is in need of some serious renovation. The carpet in several places is so worn the nails in the tack strips holding it down are coming up. This is a known issue because upstairs I found a piece of carpet cut to fit the kitchen area exactly. We found this by my eldest daughter cutting her foot open.
In the stairwell there we nails coming out. One was so bad my daughter hung her coat on it to show folks where that was. THis was after she tore her shoulder open. Lucky it was her and not my younger daughter who was at head height to the nail.
Also, Mountain Resorts park their work trucks in the parking lot for this unit. And it has limited parking as it it. When I called they after hours Security people I was laughed at and told to park anywhere I like and to walk back to the place. I informed him I was a Disabled Veteran with some mobility issue and the man responded..."Sucks to be you I guess." To say that the Security "provided" by this group is subpar, is giving it the benefit of the doubt..
Until these safety issue are fixed I could not recommend this place to anyone. We named it the "Death Trap". Needless to say I will think long and hard about renting from Mountain Resorts again. The fact that they misrepresented the amenities and then had very poor maintenance is a issue.
We come to Steamboat almost every summer. But this is the LAST time I rent with this group. Hope they enjoy the money they got, it is the last of mine they will see.

Perfect location
Perfect cozy place for our family ski trip. Decor is a little dated, if that matters to you, but the location cannot be beat. 100% ski-in/ski-out right at the back of the complex. Easy drive and parking, avoiding all the foot and car traffic at the base area.

Great Location. Good Condo.
Ski in/Ski out was our biggest factor in deciding what condo to stay in and this place was ideal for that. They even provide lockers on every floor so that you don't have to bring in your wet skis and congest the condo.
The kitchen was well stocked. The apartment also fit all 7 of us very well.
One area for improvement is the pull out couch. It was painfully uncomfortable. It would be great if you could provide an air mattress instead of that couch.
