The home was spectacular! We loved the modern open design and the attention to detail. Everything you could possibly need was provided whether it be towels for the rooftop hot tub (amazing view!) or a stocked pantry with backup paper towels and tissues. The location was a quick walk to the ski resort but the highlight was the oversized ski locker at the base of the resort! The property manager was extremely professional and responsive and quickly resolved a minor issue with the garage access code. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Steamboat.

Fantastic Service and Experience!

Four Seasons was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process and our stay. Great location - walkable to the Gondola that takes you to Steamboat base (8mins). Hot tub and appliances work great. Limited parking but we didn't have issues finding some nearby.

This was a great place. We had people of multiple ages and everyone was comfortable. I am very picky about rental cleanliness and this place was immaculate. Property manager was super responsive and helpful.

Exceptional property and property manager!

Not only is this property stunning, the management team is incredible. Prior to our arrival, the property manager went above and beyond with their consideration and communication, setting the stage for a stellar vacation. We absolutely loved our time here! From the beautiful rooftop views that overlook Steamboat’s mountains to the incredible architecture, this property provided the perfect home base for our family vacation. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Find

My family really enjoyed our stay at Rooftop Retreat. It was easy to hop on the public bus that dropped us off at the bottom of the ski resort. One of my personal favorite features was the availability of a ski locker. I truly hate walking in my ski boots. The locker was super convenient to the slopes. We locked our skis and boots after skiing and comfortably walked to the bus stop. Rooftop Retreat was a perfect place for us!

Great Weekend!

Enjoyed our visit! Everything was great. Loved the rooftop hot tub and the automatic shades provided the privacy we needed when we wanted it. Bus stop right outside made it easy to get to and from the hill. Thanks for everything!

What goes up, must come down

4 levels (including the roof) After a bike ride (tour de steamboat) that’s a lot of stairs. Great property, great location. Mini split in each room. It took us a bit to figure out the living room mini split, but it worked out.

Wonderful new construction. Dog friendly. 2 minute drive from slopes. The units are very close to each other. If you are ok with seeing other folks in their hot tub from your hot tub, it is otherwise perfect.

Building is new and spacious but with a few things that we would have like to know: Construction zone: starting Monday-Friday: the workers start making noise at 8am so it would be hard to sleep in or enjoy a quiet day. The location is about a half a mile away from the base so plan on having a car or walking to the bus stop. Pet friendly place so also expect to have dog hairs in the sheets and furniture. Beautiful home!

This home is absolutely beautiful! The space is very well thought out and is utilized well. The house was super clean and was well stocked with everything that we needed. The location was perfect as a gondola is right down the road and we were close enough to walk to the grocery store. Additionally, our teenagers really loved the rooftop hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful House in the heart of Steamboat

This house is amazing! Brand new build with extremely nice finishes. A cooks kitchen with all the equipment one would need to cook a full meal (we made Thanksgiving dinner!) Plenty of space to hangout and to relax. New gas grill with all the grilling supplies. Beds are very comfortable and my 3 kids loved the games and toys! We didn’t use the hot tub but definitely a plus to have after a long day of winter activities. Highly recommend if you are looking for a home close to the heart of Steamboat but with the space to relax!
