Our warm and inviting mid century styled condo is nestled right in the middle of town. You are about 5 minutes from the mountain and 5 minutes from downtown. You can easily access both even without a car by jumping on the free shuttle line available just around the corner, next to Safeway.

THE CONDO
Our full kitchen, hardwood floors, modern décor, in unit laundry, and fireplace make this a perfect spot for a family or small group.

Take in the fresh air and mountain views from the balcony, soak in the shared hot tub, or walk to the Core Trail for a morning stroll.

THE KITCHEN
The updated kitchen is open to the living room and features granite counters and updated appliances. The open layout makes it nice for cooking while enjoying the views. Pick up ingredients for a dinner at the grocery store which is walking distance, then gather at the six-person modern dining table for a relaxing meal. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials like cookware, spices, espresso/coffee machine, crockpot, and pizza stone so you can prepare your favorite comfort foods.

THE LIVING AREA
Unwind in the living room on the leather West Elm sofa and recliner chairs. Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace and watch a movie on the 55” flat-screen smart TV. We have a beautifully restored record console that was retrofitted with a Bluetooth speaker so you can enjoy your favorite music while relaxing with friends and family.

THE DINING AREA
Our dining room has a table fit for 6 people, plus we have 4 more bar stools for the kitchen counter. You will have plenty of room to host all of your friends and family with a warm meal or game night. Our credenza is full of fun games for both adults and children. We also have a variety of bar glasses for your après ski beverages.

We have a booster seat, clip on high chair and children's dinnerware to make even the little ones experience wonderful.

PRIMARY BEDROOM
When you are ready to tuck in, you’ll find a king bed with premium mattress and sheets, along with Pottery Barn bedding. All the furniture in the bedrooms are mid century, vintage pieces hand picked for each room. The en suite bathroom has a spacious granite vanity and a shower/tub combo so you can relax after a long day. This bedroom has a large closet, along with dresser so you have plenty of storage. And, if you work remote the primary has a dedicated work space with large monitor, keyboard and mouse.

SECOND BEDROOM
The second bedroom has a premium twin over full bunk bed with luxury sheets and Pottery Barn duvets for a cozy nights sleep. The bunk beds feature pull out drawers, along with a storage bench for extra storage. The adjacent full bath has a large granite vanity and a tub/shower combination.

THIRD BEDROOM
Like the primary bedroom, in our guest room you’ll find a queen bed with premium mattress and sheets, along with Pottery Barn bedding. All the furniture in the bedrooms are mid century, vintage pieces hand picked for each room. This bedroom is also equipped with a large closet and dresser for extra storage. The adjacent full bath has a large granite vanity and a tub/shower combination.

THE LOCATION
Being centrally located in Steamboat you have the luxury of being close to everything, but far away enough away from the loudness that it is very peaceful.

You will have everything you need just across the street. You can walk to the Safeway grocery store, liquor store, a variety of restaurants and childcare options.

We are also a short walk to our beloved city's free transit service for access to the mountain and downtown. This is located directly to the right of Safeway off Pine Grove.

HOT TUB
You will have access to our communities hot tub which is located right across the parking lot from our unit. We also highly recommend Strawberry Park hot springs and Old Town hot springs for a fun and authentic experience!
