Perfect Place for a Family Ski Trip

Great set up for our family of 7 adults, split levels meant we were spread out nicely, all beds and pull out were comfortable. Whole unit was super clean and the well stocked kitchen was great for the cooks. Pool room was a perfect place to hang out and table itself is top notch. Shuttle stop allowed our skiers to come and go when they wanted. Bus does fill up during the peak morning hour on busy weekends but otherwise not an issue. We never found the hot tub but didn't miss it. Kim's communication was super helpful and provided all necessary details plus some great advice. Would definitely stay here again, thanks!

Christmas/New Year's 2024 Stay

Nice location, bus stop conveniently located across the street. Very clean, and the kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils one would need for cooking at home. The only drawbacks in my opinion would be the lower level bedroom does not have a bathroom nearby, and the primary bedroom upstairs can get chilly. The owners did place a faux fireplace with an electric heating element that does help, it just needs to be manually turned. Kim & Dan do a very nice job of maintaining the property, and the arrival process is very organized and easy. I would book again at this location.

Multilevel Gem

I rented this property from Steamboat Lodging Properties. Suzie was such a pleasure to work with. She was very accommodating with luggage drop off before check-in time. Tom welcomed us graciously. They had a bag of snacks & a bottle of red waiting for us. So thoughtful. The lift ticket & rental discount agreement they have with Steamboat was a huge plus. This condo has recently got a complete makeover. Bathrooms, kitchen are very nice. New flooring & carpet. It has an interesting layout with one bedroom on three of the four levels. Everybody has their own space. The kitchen/dining room area is spacious. The pool table is a really nice amenity. The living room area is warm & cozy with the fireplace. The free shuttle has a stop right next to the condo parking lot every (20) minutes on the 6’s in winter season. Returning to condo from base area, get shuttle from Transit depot. You can walk to Wild Plum grocery store in about (13) min. It is uphill walking back. Uber’s were plentiful. But renting a car is a good option too for exploring the area. Strawberry hot springs was a lovely three hour excursion. $50 total for admission & transportation if picked up by Sweet Pea Tours. Add $5 tip for driver. All & all a great stay in Steamboat!

Amazing property, amenities, and experience

Great Ski Condo

Great place!

My family had a great time here! We had fun playing the games they had in the family room! Nice location, very clean and perfect for our family! We even saw a moose and her baby while we were swimming, quite the highlight!

Great Summertime Stay!

We were so pleased with this property! It is extremely clean, very roomy and in a great location. The communication with the property manager was easy and check in/check out was great. The shuttle to take you downtown is literally steps away from the front door or you can easily walk to the base of the mountain for Happy Hour and tons of activities for the kids. We can't wait to book again next year!

Family Vacay

What a lovely townhome. We loved everything about it. A large kitchen to gather in, comfortable beds to retire to in the evenings and the pool table was loads of fun for everyone. We were so impressed with the cleanliness and thoughtful touches through out every room. Suzie was so wonderful and helpful. She made our stay perfect as well. We really enjoyed the fireplace and the view from the den area. We hope to be back again soon and will definitely stay here.

Great place for a ski weekend

We really enjoyed our stay here! The spacious layout with bedrooms on each floor was great for our group of 7 adults. Parking on site was as easy as could be. Free shuttle is extremely convenient heading to the ski slopes or downtown, though it is about a 15 minute ride on the way back from the slopes. We found the kitchen to be extremely well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Nice lounge area to watch TV. Would rent again!

Wonderful Property & Owners

This was our first visit to Steamboat Springs. It did NOT disappoint. Herbage was the perfect place for our Christmas present to the family. It was well appointed with all the comforts of home-to include a welcoming bottle of wine and treats. The beds were extremely comfortable, loved the comforters. The ease of access to the bus for the slopes was better than most we saw on the bus route. Didn't have to walk far with our skis. If we had a question it was quickly answered by Suzi. The only issue we had was the heating which was very sporadic and extremely warm, which is better than too cold I guess. Suzi & Tom provided us with great information for ski rentals and dining options. We will definitely stay here again if we make it out to Steamboat again. It was a memorable experience with lots of laughs and smiles and skiing and tons of snow. Thank you again Tom and Suzi for your hospitality. It was a magical stay. The Waters
