Wonderful condo in an amazing location!
We had a wonderful stay at this condo in downtown Steamboat! We loved the convenience of the location within walking distance of some of the best restaurants and shopping in Steamboat and easy drive to the mountain! The condo was clean, well-appointed and the host was wonderful! We would definitely return.

Perfect in town rental
This condo was so close to downtown for restaurants and shopping. Family could get to the slopes quickly but those that wanted to explore downtown could. Clean amd excellent condition. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Steamboat Getaway!
We had a wonderful time with our family at this condo! Location is AMAZING and condo is beautifully updated. Easy walk to all downtown activities and the free shuttle to the moutain runs every 10 min for the skiers! Can't beat it. The only word of caution - the walls are extremely thin and if you have loud party-animal neighbors, be prepared to hear them all night.

Perfect Location!
Great location downtown in the heart of Steamboat Springs!! Super clean and had all our kitchen needs; pots, pans, utensils etc. Plenty of towels, walking distance to restaurants, the Yampa River and downtown shopping. Great communication from the host! Thanks so much for making our family weekend so memorable!

Great condo, but very noisy bars across the street til 2 am
The condo itself was very nice and comfortable and great bedrooms for our family with young kids, but there is a bar directly across the street that was very rowdy and loud until 2 am. We heard loud fights/yelling that kept us awake even with the windows closed.

Lovely!
Location cannot be beat. The only time we used the car was to drive to the trailheads; everything else is within walking distance. Roomier than what the pictures show. We will book again next time we are in Steamboat!

Really enjoyed the location
We really enjoyed our stay at this downtown condo in Steamboat Springs. The location while 13ish minutes from the skiier drop-off is superb if you're looking for more things to do within walking distance. We appreciated the dedicated parking spot as we had a car with us. Virtually all of the nicer restaurants are within walking distance as well as several shops. The condo is on the 3rd floor and looks out to Howelsen Hill, which is a lot of fun to watch. The fireplace is very easy to use, and equally nice to have - it heats the condo very well. There's a box for skis, and a several coat hooks which logistically makes things a lot easier. The condo is nicely decorated and was very clean. We were impressed by how large it really was. It easily fit our family - 4 adults, 1 teen, 1 child. I appreciated that fans were provided in each room, as well as extra pillows and blankets. They also did not short you on towels - which can be such a drag. The only drawbacks in our opinion are the showers. Hot water was a hot commodity while we were there over Spring Break. I assumed that's part of being in a condo building and lots of showers happening at similar times of the day. But we only had about 1 hot shower each during our entire stay. Others were cold or very lukewarm if we were lucky. The other thing is the tubs are slippery. Two of the adults slipped and fell, which could be dangerous. All of that said, again, we really enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely stay here again. The location is simply excellent.

Thank you for your kind and detailed review. We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay. We have taken action and purchased non slip mats for the tubs. The HOA is in the process of upgrading the central boiler system in order to keep up with demand during peak times. Hot water should no longer be an issue moving forward. Excellent stay
It was our first time to Steamboat and we found the location to be perfect. Easy to hop on the shuttle to the base, easy to get to shops and restaurants, and easy to view the mountains from the condo itself. Great stay!

Perfect location!!
We loved our stay here! The location is close to great restaurants and bars. Very close to the free city bus that takes you to the mountain. The apartment is well laid out and well equipped. Communication with Brian was received and responded to promptly. We loved having a front door and back door entrance.

Great location
We had a great time in Streamboat webto Thunderstruck Adventures and did a 2 day pro tour. It was epic! The condo was in the most perfect location, and was very clean and well decorated. Walking distance to all the best restaurants and all the little shops. Great views from the 3rd floor balcony. It was perfect for the 4 of us. We will be back, and will stay here again! Perfect location and smooth process
Right in the middle of town for easy walking access to great coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and shopping and just a short, free shuttle away from skiing. Very comfortable beds, plenty of space and well accommodated for supporting a large group (lots of coffee mugs, wine glasses, etc.). Process and communication with Brian was easy and right on.

Wonderful location, close to everything
This was a great place to stay. The only downside was no air conditioning. It was rough not being able to cool down in the evening. Even with windows open. Otherwise, a great place to stay.

Great spot downtown
The complex can be noisy, but the location is killer. Walk to the rodeo, concerts, restaurants, anything downtown. Have stayed here twice with 2 families of four, very comfortably. Property manager couldn’t be easier to deal with.

Excellent location
We loved Brian's property, we never used our car until it was time to leave. Restaurants and shopping right outside the door and hiking/rafting/biking across the street. We visit Steamboat every year and we loved the walkability of this place, highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay here. Easy access to downtown. One block walk to bus stop for skiing.
Great experience renting this property. Had everything we needed. Access to downtown was easy-very walkable. Express bus stop was one block from condo for getting to ski area. Super comfy beds and well stocked kitchen if you want to cook. Loved that some basics were provided. Would definitely return.

Excellent Location for downtown
We really enjoyed staying in downtown for a change and this condo was in the Perfect spot! You really don't even need to cook because everything is within walking distant, but if you do cook, they have everything you need. Brian was super helpful and quick to respond to questions too. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Smooth sailing the whole trip. PM communicated very well. Clean and convenient location next to the river. Only downside was the lack of a second parking spot, but it wound up bein minimally impactful

Great place, but dark and challenging in the Summer
All was great with our stay as far as condition and communication. Being there really is no A/C (except for a unit in the family room) we had to have fans running and windows open. It was pretty stuffy and with the windows open it was loud all night and morning with delivery trucks, people exiting bars, and everything in between. Summer would be tough for us to stay here again, but winter would not be an issue. Perfect location!

Perfectly located condo in downtown Steamboat
Our family of 6 including myself, spouse, 15 year old triplets and 11 year old loved this condo. While it was a bit smaller than others we considered a friend said the location would be perfect. It was! We were right next to the Yampa River where we went to some fun relaxed restaurants including a cute taco place right behind the condo, as well as a fine dining experience a few minutes walk away called Sauvage. We only moved the car once during our stay and otherwise walked to everything. Our kids enjoyed biking the Core Trail, visiting the botanic gardens and loved going out to eat by themselves one night. It felt so safe! Brian was easy to communicate with before and during our stay which was great. Also - if you like to cook the kitchen is extremely well equipped! (Better than numerous high end homes we have rented in the past) You can’t go wrong staying here! We have our own place in Vail but our family is already talking about returning to Steamboat and kids asking to stay here again. Loved it!

Enjoyed spending some time with our relatives here. The condo had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and the location was unbeatable. We could walk to restaurants, rodeo, and hot springs. Would stay here again.

Fantastic location
Very clean. Nice size unit. Great location near Howelsen, Yampa River. downtown. Only downside is that in summer it’s a bit on the warm side and doesn’t have great air flow to cool down at night.
